Newlywed Couple Having Financial Problems

Please pray for my husband and me. We have been married for a short period of time and I lost my job. It's been a strain on our marriage because we had been relying on both incomes.

My husband and I are having financial problems due to the loss of my job. We were married for 2 months when I found out I would be laid off. We tried to plan around it but some unexpected bills surfaced. I now try to budget as much as I can but it never seems to be enough. My husband is working long hours trying to make ends meet but it seems like after we get over one hurdle, two more are put in its place. I have been taking some training classes and hope to get my certification soon so I will be able to help my husband carry the load again. I hate to admit this, but my faith has been wavering during this time. I know God knows our situation, but we need the prayers of others to help us make it through. I'm asking for prayers for my faith to be sustained, our marriage to hold on, and a financial blessing.

	Lia 4/30/2008 21:44	Sonia! There are so many families with children and their only financial support is their father's salary or the mother�s one. Where love is, there shouldn't be reproaches if one of partners cannot bring money in house; especially if they got married just short time ago. My question is what would you do if let suppose you wouldn't be married and you wouldn't have a job? From what money would you live? So do so as it would be so! If you already faced problems without having kids, my advice is you to don't be in a hurry to have a child right now. It is good that you went for training lessons, but if you will not find immediately the job at you level of educations, you can find another one for a while! It is not a shame to work any kind of work even if it's under your now expectations! Don't worry! You will be fine soon. Just work something! Anything! Don�t stumble in such a small problem!
