My little brother Teenager

Please pray my little brother. He is an extremist and takes every thing he does to the max.

My little brother started out as a very bright kid. As he was little my mother switched him between 3 elementary schools. He is exceptionally bright. At the age of 14 my mother lost control of him. He just went totally wild. Once coming home drunk and needed his stomach pumped, and also fighting with my step dad.
My brother then convinced his dad to let him come and live with him. He has been there for almost a year and recently has been in a fight that resulted in a broken jaw. My mother wants him to come back home to live. But he stated that he wants to do what he wants if he comes home. I pray that my brother can begin to act like a 15 year old again.
