5 yr old Chocolate Lab - Prayer Circles

5 yr old Chocolate Lab

I know may seem unusual to ask for a prayer circle for my dog, but I am asking for your indulgence. My labrador retriever was diagnosed w/ severe pancreatitis and just now has been moved to the ICU at the emergency hospital.

My beloved 5yr old Chocolate Lab lies in critical care due to the high-fat diet I put him on.
He is in tremendous pain and it is my fault.
I am going to visit him in a couple of hours and I would like to know that at least one other person in the world is praying with me.
As I'm sure you've heard other pet owners say, "He's not just a pet, he's a family member." No truer words were spoken about my Walter.
I don't know what I will do if God decides to take him from me. He might as well take me too.
Please indulge me in your prayer circle.
I am not prepared for this. Not only the loss, but the guilt will be unbareable.

	Merlock 2/11/2008 21:55	Sorry this is a little "later" than you would like...but I hope Walter is doing okay. Whatever happened/happens, don't feel too guilty. It's hard not to spoil them...especially when they just sit next yto you while you eat, staring at you with those big brown eyes, begging for a bit of hamburger... Anyway, I will keep Walter in mind in my prayers. God bless!

	kirip 2/12/2008 13:33	I just wanted you to know I said a prayer for Walter, and for you. I know how hard it is to have a sick pet. We had 2 cats and a dog die of chronic age-related diseases within one year. It is no small thing. Be strong and know that other animal lovers are with you and praying for you and Walter.
