Racist Family A
For My Parents and Sisters

I have grown up all my life with racism and I am expected by my family to belive in this way.I am from a white family and a small community with very little diversity. Until I moved out I never really knew anyone from a different race than my own.

My best friend is Hispanic and I have quite a few other friends that are as well. My family didn't have a major problem with this. The problem came in when I fell in love with a Hispanic man. Since we have been together my family rarely speaks to me, refuses to even meet him, and basically states that if I choose him I will lose my family. This is a very hard thing for me to think about because I have chosen to spend the rest of my life with him. Please pray for God to show my family that they are being irrational. Show them that God created this world as a great big mixing pot of diversity. I have never understood how anyone can judge someone by the color of thier skin or anything else for that matter. I did not choose to be white...God chose that for me. Dan did not choose to be hispanic...God chose that for him. People choose to be ignorant when it comes to racism. Please pray for God to teach my family to accept my decisions and to love me no matter what those decisions are.

Dear Friend,
I understand where you are coming from. I am from a mixed couple and it is hard but my parents didn't give up and neither should you. True love only comes around once (take it will it is there). Some of the best couples I know are mixed.
I pray in the Lords name that they will see that this love is here. Let them know that she is happy with this man. They need to understand that their daughter loves them no matter what and they need to do the same. They just might find out that he is the greatest. AMEN. Hang tihgt.

I pray that your parents come to know of Our Lord and Heavenly Father on a more personal level, so that they may realize that we are all God's children and all deserving of respect and love. I pray that your parents get to know this young man for the loving child of God that he is and not judge him for his ethnicity, but for himself. God bless you.

TO BE JUDGED BY THE COLOR OF YOUR SKIN IS CRUEL AND DISHONEST. THE WORLD ISN'T PERFECT AND WE CAN'T MAKE IT THAT WAY. YOU MUST LIVE FOR YOURSELF AND HAVE FAITH AND TRUST IN GOD BECAUSE WITHOUT HIM NOTHING IS POSSIBLE. YOU MUST PRAY FOR YOUR FAMILY AND TREAT WITH WITH KINDNESS BECAUSE HOW CAN THEY HATE A PERSON FOR BEING SO KIND TO THEM. I WILL PRAY FOR THEM AND HOPE THAT THEY FIND IT IN THERE HEARTS NOT TO JUDGE BECAUSE WE WERE ALL CREATED BY THE SAME PERSON AND THAT PERSON LOVES US ALL. REMEMBER THAT GOD LOVES YOU AND HE NEVER PUTS MORE ON YOU THAN YOU CAN HANDLE.

I believe that they will come around,, you must do what is in your heart, You are a grown woman and they will have to learn to accept your decisions in life,, we are not put here to judge, they need to realize that. May God be with you as I am sure He will be.

Dear Lord, I pray for this young woman's family. I pray that they are able to see the light and learn to live in love and peace and racial harmony. I am a mixed child myself and I must say that I have been exposed to alot of racism in my time but I have become stronger because of it and I know that that this young woman is also very strong. I pray that you are able to form a new family that will love you unconditionally with your boyfriend/husband. I also pray for all racists who are too ignorant to see the error in their ways. Please help them to learn to love unconditionally. I pray for these things in Christ's name, Amen.

Father,
FORGIVE them, for they know not what they do. Please help this family, Lord, to recognize the beauty you have created in the different tones of skin.
Amen

Whoever God is, I choose to think of him as the ultimate entity and the repository of all knwledge. He or She said, "I have made you in mine own image". (sic) Genesis
When your folks tell you that he so different remind them of that & that if one of their own were dying of liver failure I do not think his ethnicity would be a problem.
The Hispanic people have a rich and glorios background and are full of life and love of life.
Even if you have to go your own way, remember that you chose love instead of blind ignorance and hate born out of fear.

Mother Goddess,

surround Butterfly with love and peace, and give her the strength to have patience and forgiveness for her family, who are themselves only victims in a perpetual cycle of pain, ingorance, and hatred.

Let your light shine on all those who suffer the pain of racism and its legacy. Please give comfort and strength to all of us, especially Butterfly, her love, and her family, so that we as members of the human family can cast out the darkness of racism and prejudice.

Please open her family's eyes so that can see that she has been gifted with the love of an honorable and good man, and let them see that this love can be a force of unification rather than division.

Blessed Be,
Soulcake

Heavenly Father, We know that you have created each person in your own image and that all are the same in your sight. We recall your word teaching us that there is no Greek or Jew,male or female, bond or free in Jesus Christ. We thank you for our sister in Christ who realizes this and has the courage to demonstrate her beliefs to others even in the midst of opposition. I pray that you will give her the strength to continue to stand for what is right in your sight. I also pray that your Spirit will work in the hearts of her family members to convict them of their wrongful thinking and bring them closer to you. If it should be your will that this young woman loose her family because of doing what is right, I pray that you will give her the strength to accept and to bear that. Please God, bless the uniting of this man and woman in your love. Help them to always continue in your way, and should you bless them with children, may the circle of racism be broken by them teaching their children rightly. All these things I pray in the name of Jesus, Amen.

In His Majesty's Name may your family be cleansed and purifyed in mind and body but most of all in spirit.
Accept that the flesh is weak therefore they will falter but with spiritual cleansing thier out look will be changed. For the Lord did say that there will exsist different dominations, tribes, blessings and the list goes on.
So with time and much prayer they will be healed.
You dear must also not fear being locked off from them for you too have your future ahead, a new family that you can mold and shape , changing the racisim trend in the family.
Have hope in the Creator, The Christ, for he endures forever.
Blessed you are.

I to am married to a Hispanic. I am from India and to marry outside our race is looked upon harshly. I married a man from my own faith who cares about me and love me. My family saw that and except him. They saw he respected me, our religion, my family and culture. Your family will soon realize that also and your will have their support. I will pary for your happiness and for your parents.

Lord, I ask that you bless your child and that you open her families eyes. i ask that you show them that the character of a person is how they act and how they treat others and not how they look. Lord, I pray that you touch this families life and that they see that we are all children of the same Father.

MY DEAR YOUNG FRIEND I TOO KNOW THE HARDBREAK OF RACISM. I WAS A SINGLE MOTHER, HARD WORKING AND RELIED HEAVILY ON MY FAITH TO MAKE IT THROUGH EACH DAY. I NEVER THOUGHT OF RACISM ALTHOUGH MY PARENTS WERE. WELL ONE DAY I FOUND OUT FROM THE POLICE THAT BOTH MY SONS YOUNG TEENAGERS AT THE TIME WERE PART OF THE SKINHEAD MOVEMENT. MY OLDEST WAS PUBLISHING A MAGAZIE FOR IT. THE POLICE HAD COME TO MY WORK TO TELL ME THAT MY OLDEST SON THEN 18 HAD NEARLY BEEN KILLED IN A DRIVE BY SHOOTING WITH AUTOMATIC WEAPONS INVOLVED. MY HEART WAS BROKEN. MANY YEARS LATER THEY ARE BOTH FATHERS, MARRIED WORKING HARD THAT PART OF THEIR LFE LONG GONE AND LOCKED AWAY. THANKS BE TO GOD.

HONEY THERE IS NO COLOR IN GODS EYES. HOW DARE ANYONE MISTREAT OR JUDGE ONE HIS CHILDREN WHEN HE DOESNT! PLEASE TRUST YOUR HEART AND YOUR FAITH TO MOVE YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. REMEMBER YOU CANT CHANGE YOUR PARENTS BELIEFS BUT YOU CAN PRAY FOR THEM TO BE RELEASED FROM THE HOLDS OF PREJUDICE.

I PRAY FOR YOUR HAPPINESS THAT YOUR FAITH IN GOD REMAIN STRONG AND THAT YOUR PARENTS WILL CONTINUE TO LOVE AND HOLD YOU KNOW MATTER WHAT YOU DECIDE. IF NOT GOD WILL HOLD YOU ALWAYS, HE WILL NEVER FORSAKE YOU. I WILL BE PRAYING FOR YOU AS HE ANSWERED MY PRAYERS FOR MY SONS MANY YEARS AGO. THOSE DAYS WERE SO DARK, BUT THERE WAS LIGHT AGAIN WHEN GOD STEPPED IN. MAY GOD BLESS AND WATCH OVER YOU--AMEN

Dear Father, I pray that You bless this woman and strengthen her faith. Shine your light upon her family; take away the hatred and darkness in their hearts; keep them united in love with their daughter and her husband to be; remind them that in Your heavenly kingdom we are all children of God. Help them to become released from their racism, that they might better serve You and Your kingdom. I ask these things through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

I hope you see it in your heart to forgive your racist family for passing
judgement upon your friend based on his skin color.

You best believe I will NEVER pass judgement upon any living being because
of race, identity, creed, religion, sexual orientation or misdeed they may have done in the past.

I don't speak much Spanish, but I can say one phrase:

Vaya con Dios!
Go with God!

I pray that your family may realize that Love holds no race, and that the world is becoming more mixed and beautiful as we speak. Goddess, please show them the light that comes from Your pure love, so that her family may grow to accept her relationship. So Mote it Be.
