Prayer Circles

God bless this prayer circle and all who use it. Grant that we may we grow toward divine love and greet our brothers and sisters with a spirit of goodwill and acceptance. Amen.

May all who feel exiled and forsaken, take comfort. May we who question and fumble in the dark, find some answers and light. May all who join this circle find peace when they need it most and joy as often as that! Take us, God, as we are and bless us in our journey toward love. Amen

I apreciate the lessons of winter and thank you, God, for Spring. Amen.

Bless our imaginations: To flow out with an energy that transforms and to stir us within, without bruising our souls. Amen

God. I have a notion that I am free, loved and not prone to making more mistakes than I can cope with at any one time. Please confirm.

God, thank you for the blessings in my life and help me to become a blessing to others. Amen

God is like a wave or a gust of wind or trust or trying to understand myself....I roll with it, get caressed by it, feel it and sometimes realize I just don't get it.

God help me to walk in love, truth and courage. Amen.

I pray for excavation...of resentment, head-spinning panic, the desire for high fat foods and weak knees. I pray for peaceful thoughts, healthy plants and less of an interest in controlling things. I'm grateful for humour, survival and consolation, not necessarily in that order and
I'm thankful I will never truly understand what happened in the 30's and 40's that made sane people follow insane methods and men.

God, keep the tears flowing.

In celebration of Passover

God bless this circle. It is just what I need right now. I am going through many changes. Thinking about going back to school in June, starting new jobs and applying this week, and am just really a bit shaky about the future. I am trying to improve my health and have lost weight and now trying to get more exercise.
Please pray that God will bless my endeavors. Thanks.

God, I know You directed me to this sight. You know how I have suffered with depression, anxiety, depression, agoraphobia and compulsive overeating. I feel I have found a prayer circle of comrades, some of whom have suffered from many of the same things as I have. I know that Jesus walks every step with me and sometimes He carries me. It helps me to know that I can pray for others in this circle and that they will also pray for me. I am scared so much of the time. Please help me to overcome my fears so I can live my life. I am missing so much of life because of these nameless, faceless fears. As I sit here in my room I feel myself surrounded by your loving presence. Please, also bring blessings to all the people who are helping down this long road to recovery. Amen.

Dear God, Please walk with us in love and acceptance and help us to make wise choices. Amen

Dear Lord, Please help us change the destructive patterns in our lives. Amen

God: I like to see your light. I like the brightness, the calming, the state of knowing I feel when I sit in it. Also, in the light, I am at peace with others and with myself. I feel like I don't have to move, the energy of the light is so strong, so life-giving. I CAN sit and I CAN wait.

Increase my faith, Lord, so that I can believe in the sun even when it's not shining.

Assist those who have joined this circle. Encompass them with your strength. Give all of us the joy of knowing that love conquors all fear.

Let us bathe in love.

Lord, you have searched me and known me. .. You know my downsitting and my uprising... You know my thoughts from afar (ps. 139).

Help me to understand the contrast of my deep longing and grief set against my anger and petty, sloppy thoughts. Teach me to forgive. Love from Heather.

God, thou who knowest my fears, graciously hear me.
i pray for myself and for everybody in same trouble, especially for celticwoman in whom i recognise myself, but actually this is not us whom we see, for you have created us everybody different, and its no good to recognise the same demons in another person, i wish i never knew what fear, timidity and agoraphobia was, so i pray that we could recognise each other by YOUR LOVE that you have put in us, the only thing in common, let us see the divinity of your creation in everybody above all. Jesu, dear Lord, unite us in your Love, not in problems, amen.

Lord, hear my prayer, i really desire change, but i cannot give up everything, so i have even become fearful to pray, because i know you are coming to destroy my last fortress, please give me courage to welcome you whatever your intentions and give me confidence to say, Thy will be done. and until i cant, give me peace and comfort, maybe i want too much of myself the one i am today, just grant me your presence, God Lord the Holy Spirit, and i shall be calm. in Christs name i pray, your beloved Son, my beloved Lord, amen.
