A Pastor's struggle

Oftentimes people look to pastors and leaders for guidance, prayer, and added strength, and so they should. Yet there are many leaders who stand in dire need of our prayers and added strength as well.

I'm a pastor, and heaven knows that ALL I want to do is please God and distribute to the necessities of the saints. Many will come with legitimate needs; some, just to come. Still, God wants to work through us to "help build up His kingdom". However, God also wants for the saints to remember to lift up the leaders as well. Many may not believe this, but the saints' prayers help that leader immensely. Obeying what God has spoken, and "not grieving the Holy Spirit" within that leader makes their job so much easier. We have our own private struggles (and I'm not talking about sick, perverted things); sometimes just the struggle with "us" is harder than you know. So please don't forget to uplift the leaders in prayer!
