I us to have the same struggle and from experience, put all your trust in the Lord.

Father in the name of Jesus we ask in prayer to heal Erik and Michelle from this smoking addiction. Amen

Good Morning Almighty, Thank you for last night rest and this morning's arrival to learn of a couple seeking help like my husband. We all have an addiction, I believe. Nevertheless, the desire to rid ourselves from it and Yes, Yes your temple does not seem necessary to us, sometimes. In this case, I feel the pressure of my brothers and sister. Please CONTINUE to touch Holy Spirit. I know and understand just how amazing it is when your spirit moves within. I know it is the power within this couple and my hubby continuously reminding each one individually how important it is to them to rid their body of this addiction! Glory to you Jesus!! Glory to you Almighty!!! Mercy be unto any brother or sister by faith searching for a "certain way" to rid an addicition that is conflicting with your ability Almighty to make us WHOLE!!! Personally Lord, you know me, I do not confess this addiction but I feel my hubby searching like this determined couple, you know without a shadou of doubt in my mind, heart and soul. . . Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!! for delivering them ALL!!!! Amen

Erik and Michelle,
Thank you for allowing us to join you in Prayer to ask God to help you through this addiction. I admire your openess as the first step to a complete recovery is admitance through prayer to God in Jesus name.

O heavenly father,
We humbly ask you to remove this burden from Eric and Michelle's lives. With You everything is possible and the enjoyment you must feel when Your children bring their petitions to You as they want to fullfil Your Word with their bodies as clean as can be. Please God, ease every day, moment by moment for any cravings to go away. If it be Your Will release them from any cravings this very moment as You know their hearts before they ask. If I am worthy please add my words too their hearts and and let me share their burden.

Eric and Michelle- Please continue to ask if temptation continues and all your brothers and sisters will continue to pray with you.

Dear God I come to you in the name of Jesus, Christ. Forgive me of my sins, known and unknown and cleanse me from all unrightousness. We thank you for taking away the desire to smoke from your children Eric and Michelle. Deliver them from this that easily beset them. We thank you for giving them the strength to overcome this. We thank you for being their all in all. Thank you for delivering them and removing that mountain out of their way right now in the name of Jesus. We thank you for wrapping your loving tender arms around them. We give you all the praise, glory and honour. We pray your riches blessings of healing upon Eric and Michelle right now in the mighty name of Jesus, Christ, Amen.

Our heavenly Father,
I pray that you give Erik and Michelle the strength to quit smoking. Lord, please wrap your arms around them and keep them safe and comfort them through this long road ahead of them, Lord give them the strength that they need and keep the temptation away from them..Michelle and Erik our my family and I them to be safe. Lord I pray to you to help me and love them for they are your children.

I just want you to be encouraged. My mom smoked from age 14 to 65. She recently had a smoke-free birthday! She quit cold turkey three months ago. When she is tempted, she quotes these Scriptures: "Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world." and "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." So, if she can quit smoking, I know you and your husband can.

Father God, I come to You now in the precious Name of Jesus, asking for Your Will to be done in their lives, on Earth as it is in Heaven. I thank You that when they are tempted, You have already provided a way of escape. May they clearly see that way of escape when tempted and draw closer to You. I thank You that they are already delivered from this addiction to cigarettes in Jesus' Name! Amen.

Hey when someone says nothing is impossible and for sure thru God, I'm finally a believer. Age 8 thru 51 ( with maybe a six month hiatus on the patch)was that wonderful addiction to smoking. At times when I choked and hacked and spent money I could have had for something else I thought gee this is so dumb but I enjoy it too. Then one day after being plagued with guilt for years over ruining my health, one evening I ran out and the next day just decided not to buy any. I get them discounted and actually made a trip for a relative for four cartons but didn't feel tempted in the least. Of course I thought that would last a hot day or two but it has been a month now - without the usual urge so strong you just can't resist buying or bumming one and there you go again. I have to say it was divine intervention - my willpower is not to be lauded at all, I know me! So hang in there trying - it is such a good feeling to reach the part that makes you feel so good, both the lack of smoke and the accomplishment. Please God - let them rejoice in a smokefree world - let them enjoy life as it should be. I pray for always. Bless you in every way!

All things can be done through you God, so please help Eric and Michelle to quit smoking.They have made the decision, which a major step, but will need support along the way.
It's a day by day thing,maybe even hourly at the start, but it can be done with your help.
Let them enjoy their accomplishments and enjoy the new health and wonderful sense of achievement that comes with it.
