for my anger to subside i want to not hurt my kidswith my displays of anger and loss of self control

im a single mom of 4 kids with a rage inside of me i cant control i verbally attack my kids they are the closest i have to me i misdirect my anger to them instead of who it really belongs to

i have just recently got out of a relationship in which i truly believed in this person love for me He lied i've been hurt by many other men since i was little and taken advantage of now that im older i want to control everything including my innocent children i use my control as a defense from every one and my anger is spilling over into my kids they are the closest i only have them and they me and im losing my will to parent them for i fear i might hurt them one day because of the rage i have inside of me please pray for me that i find my way into a healthier caring loving person for my sake my health and my childrens sake health
