End this fever of over 3 years and my lyme disease of 18 years

Hi,
I have suffered terribly from late stage neuro lyme disease and many other tick diseases since 1987, not dx until 1993. Severe nerve pain, weakness left side, horrendous headaches, profound exhaustion despite aggressive IV tx and orals. Over the past 3 years, sometime after having major abdominal surgery, (hysterectomy) I developed a DAILY fever and despite many, but not all tests, it is still with me all the time. I am basically bedridden and profusely perspire upon any exertion. PLEASE lead me to someone who can dx this and get rid of it. I am truly at the end of my rope. Both daughters, 26 27 and my husband all suffer from lyme disease also my husband was downsized from his corporation 4 years ago and we are in dire straights, just having declared bankruptcy which hasn't been approved yet.
