Prayer for Cure

To help Cure the Cancer within.

I was recently diagnosed with
Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Stage I/E. I recovered from surgery, removal of spleen and 3 tumors, chemotherapy was not necessary. Now, 2 months later I have 2 enlarged lymph nodes
and a big possibility of having chemotherapy treatment.
I lost my husband in 1996 to cancer. His was extremely aggressive, Esophageal Carcinoma and he passed 6 months after being diagnosed. I have two beautiful daughters, now ages 17 and 12 that do not know the full extent of my illness..meaning the cancer.
My prayer to God is to be cured of this cancer. To be clean and cancer free even if it does mean to have the chemotherapy to reach this goal. My daughters need me to be here for them, not only now but to see them later as full-grown adults. They have gone through so much already!
I pray everyday for strength and for the clarity to make the correct choices. I pray for my family's health and safety.
I pray that God may grant me the gift of health.

O Father, who is so great and so merciful, I humbly beseech you to behold Your child, who is so earnest in her complete love for You, and grant her the gift of Your abundant life. Please give her healing, so that she might tend to her children, as You shepherd us all. With an awed heart full of wonder at Your magnificence, I beg you to help her to restore to health, so that she may further witness on this earth to Your glory. Please give her strength, comfort and serenity, so that she will know that she is truly safe in Your hands, in Your infinite love, and with everlasting life through our Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen.
