Seeking to forgive

military family in transition needs prayers

My husband is an officer (and combat veteran) in the armed forces. Recently, he made an ethical mistake in order to protect his troops, but realized he'd made a poor choice and gave orders to correct it. However, his orders were disobeyed, and now his former superior is (successfully) doing his best to ruin his career. Those involved have compounded the damage by lying about the incident.
I am heartbroken at seeing the distress by husband is in.

I am so hurt, and so angry at the way my husband has been betrayed by those he has given so much for.

Please pray that the Lord may give us strength to get through this difficult time, and that we may be able to forgive those who have sinned against us. Pray for us, that God will soon heal our pain, and send us some justice and vindication. Pray also for the safety of our troops.
