Thank-you for the many blessings in my life and for helping me lose weight.

Please help me eat the right food in the correct portions.

Thank you for being in my life, beside me as I make healthful food choices.

Please help me avoid/ignore sweets and/or view them in a healthier way, eating only what my body can process without gaining weight.

Dear God,

Thank-you for all the ways you support me, encourage me, love me.

Please help me stay within my caloric range today, happily and with ease.

Dear God,

Thank you for your strength, freely shared when I'm with You.

Please help with my exercise goals and help me eat healthy foods in moderation.

Dear God,

Thank you for helping me achieve my weight loss goals.

Please help me make the right food choices and build a healthful relationship with food.

Dear God,

Thank-you for helping me eat within my daily allotment of calories.

Please help me develop, and remain faithful to, new and healthy habits.

Dear God,

Thank-you for helping me maintain all the weight I lost prior to this most recent effort.

Please help me day-by-day to lose the remaining weight to reach my goal.

Thank you for my good health and the ability to lose weight.

Please help me break through this plateau and lose twenty pounds.

Thank-you for giving me the strength, courage and grace to overcome my weight problem.

Please help me determine the right foods and the correct portions to better support the weight-loss process.
