Father God, show Heather that any worldly addictions will never replace the joy of knowing you intimately. I pray in your son Jesus' name. Amen.

Our heavenly Father, I pray that you break Heather's addiction to cigarettes in Jesus name, Amen.

Dear Lord, IN Jesus's name I pray please bless Heather and myself and all other's who are trying to break this evil addiction, with your peace and love. PLease give us the strength to fight our addiction. I love You and I Thank you.

You and I have a couple things in common..my name is Heather too. I also have a major cigarette addiction. I used to hate smoking and smokers around me, and I got sucked into the "in" crowd. I know what you are going through and I pray that God can help you to quit the nasty habit so many of us have.

Lord, Please help Heather in quitting her addiction to cigarettes. Let her find comfort and pleasure in more fullfilling things in life. Help her to be strong through this. In Jesus Name I Pray...Amen

i once smoked too and the thing that helped me was i noticed that i smoked when i was angry, sad, or nervous. Each time those emotions came to me i immediately tried to remember that a cigarette wasn't going to make those feelings go away. Then I also remembered Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.

Lord Jesus, May Heather find comfort in this promise as did I. Truly, we can do all things through you. You are awesome, it wasn't easy but by your grace it is possible. Thank you, Lord for your peace and your promise that you would give us rest. And may you give my sister, Heather, that rest...In Jesus Name, Amen.

Oh Lord and one more thing free her from any guilt she may feel, help her to realise your grace is bigger than she or I could ever know.

Heather, I too smoked for 14 years. When I realized that he lovingly and softly convicted me of this I battle to quit.
We just have to remember that our God is above all addictions. He is the begining and the end.

Father God, I pray now that you would give Heather the strength that you gave me to quit. Lord your word Says: The we can do ALL THINGS thru Christ who strengthens us. Holy Spirit take control.

I have faith in you Heather!

I use to smoke Heather! I quit when I was diagnosed with diabeties. But before then I should of I had asthma and allergies. You can do it!!!!! It was hard, but once I had quit for awhile I started to realize how smelly they were and how overwelming it was to be in a room with smokers! Just tell yourself it's all in your head!
