I was in that type of situation many years ago.They got what they set out for my children.Terminated my rights and after they told me to get a job an apt. etc.. they lied and I lived MANY years of anguish.Dont believe them,chances are they are already in a foster home with parents that want to adopt them.They wait for the "states time limit" to be up for birth-parents and make it look like you could not handle the responsibility.I lost 3.One was in an abusive home they gave him back I adopted my own son. and was lucky enough to adopt an abandoned drug addicted Spanish.white baby,the same year.It may feel like forever,and for me it was.I will pray,but NEVER give up,don't let sorrow get you down.They are your children and you MUST fight for them and for yourself.Loosing my kids years ago numed my feelings. I never want to see any mother loose a child that deeply hurts for that child to be home.Praying will help but get a legal aid lawyer,anyone that will look after your legal rights before you loose them.God Love your situation and interceed to help you.I want you to try
like you never tried before.I suffered,I don't want anyone else to.
There is a heart for you and your children to give you strength.I may be an adoptive mother,but Iam a birth-mom and the pain is to severe to feel over the years.It is a destroyer.Please fight and pray.

I will pray that your babies will be home with you soon. I am a Victims Advocate and work closely with Children and Families. I myself have had the privilege of returning many babies back to their birth parents, so I know they do not always lie. If anyone can remember who Kayla McKean is, you might understand why they act they way they do with taking children. Unfortunately, it is not always just, but it is better to be safe then sorry. And that is what everyone felt like when Kayla was killed by her father. Have faith and the Lord will hear you.

My dear julia, I was looking for somebody, anybody that has gone throgh your situation. And today, just now, i found you. The same thing has happend to me. Except, my ex-boyfriend has taken my two children from me,he went over the state lines with my two babies, Dillon whos now 9 yrs old, and Shelby, whos now 8 yrs old......I havent seen my babies for almost two years. I have had the same thing happen. Your sorrow is sorrow for all of us who have been in this situation.

I wish I could give you a place to turn to for a good (and devious attorney) because it seems like that is what it takes. If you can find a pro bono attorney, that is the way to go or you may lose everything you have (as my husband and I did).

I do wish you all my prayers and love. It is so devastating to lose children. I do know the "system" lies because that is exactly what they did with me. After they got what they were after, the system acknowledged that everything said during the year of proceedings were lies, but that was after my rights were terminated.

It is so sad that there are times when children may be better off if they are removed from a household, but what about the times when there truly is no justification for removing a child. The one thing I have learned in these 11 years without my children is that things happen for a reason. We may not know that reason until years later.

I have seen programs in the last couple of years stating that "lies" do go on with the agencies involved. At least it made me finally realize that I was not going crazy.

My prayers are with you, and I wish you luck with your situation. You are not alone!

for any mother who has gone through the pain of losing her children. I will pray for you and hope that some day you will see your children again.Do not lose faith, without faith you have no hope and you need to cling to something ,it may as well be the LORD.

I pray Jesus that you will do have your way with this situation. I could never imagine being separated from my children. Some people in this cruel world just don't care or take the time to see the real picture. Please, give this mother strength to carry on and fight for her babies. Bless these little children and I pray that you keep them safe from all harm and send them your angels to watch over and protect them. I ask this in Jesus name. Amen. Keep your faith and don't give up on Him! He is always with you!!!
