Guidance for become a priest or pastor

I feel that I get a vision or call from God to as me to be a ministry in work.

I've been a believer bout 9 years and since then my life has change alot.I've been praying for 2 years before I come to USA , I was lost and don't know what path is lying ahead for me. I pray and seek God guidance, I felt that He had a plan for me that is become a priest or pastor. But the problem is my faith is not strong, I hardly goto church as for I need to work on Sunday. Secondly my family is Buddhist and I don't know how to explain to that I'm planning to become a priest or pastor. Kindly pray for me .
