Dear God, for all who are in prison, we pray your transforming power. Whatever their circumstances, whatever their sins against you and their neighbors, we give thanks for your forgiveness and your renewing power. Touch the broken places in their lives, and heal them. Strengthen them for your service, and show them the way to restoration. Fill them with your love, and make them new in Christ Jesus. We offer this prayer, mindful of our own sinfulness and accepting our total dependance on you. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Dear Lord, I�m not sure of everyone's current situation, but You know Lord. Please protect the prisoners, their families and friends from harm. Strengthen their will and courage to face their everyday struggles. Show them Your love and comfort them. Pour out Your blessings on these people. Bless their finances so that they can afford to pay their bills, any medical treatments and enjoy life. Please bless their educational and employment endeavours, especially the prisoners. Bless them with good friends, surround them with kind and encouraging people. For the prisoners who have done harm to others please help them to repent and to make amends with their victim/s. For the prisoners who are innocent of their charge please help them to gain their freedom quickly and legally. Heal their bodies and minds of whatever ails them, make them well and whole again. Deliver them of any addictions. Please reveal to them the talents that You have given them Lord, so that they can use their talents as productive members of society. Bless all their relationships too. Thank you Lord. I pray this in Jesus� name, amen.
