Prayer Circles

Dear Lord please hear & bless this prayer. Please bless Laurel for posting it, may she stay strong & free. Thank you for her healing. Please open the eyes & guide those who are chemical, drug & alcohol dependent, free them from from this disease & give those that love & help them strong. Please bind all enablers & let them see what they are helping other to do. Amen

A faithful friend is a life-saving remedy...for he who fears God behaves accordingly, and his friend will be like himself. -Sirach 6:16, 17

I pray that all of us affected by the sickness of addiction will let go and Let God. I pray that we may grow near to God each day in prayer and follow the path that leads us Upward!

May God give strength to those who are resisting the temptations of addiction. May He also give strength to those drowning in addiction to rise up and out.

Dear Heavenly Father, Who Art Thou In Heaven, thank You for taking Laurel under your wings and leading him down the right path. It will be three years on 3/07/01 that Laurel has stayed sober. I am ever so proud of him. In The Name Of The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit.

In the name of Jesus Christ, God I pray that you will bring back my loved ones that are so lost in their addictions. You are the divine healer and only you know how to bring healing to each one. Thank You God, for all you've done in my life, and help me to become closer to you, as I too have not been what I can be. Let it be done in Christ's name. Amen

O Heavenly Father, I pray for those who's abuse of chemicals, has produced serious or fatal consequences for others. Forgive them as you have forgiven me for my own mistakes. Lead them to the truth - that ALL who believe that Your Loving Son Jesus Christ died for their sins are redeemed. Lead them from temptation and the labors of sin. Let Your light shine on them to bring glory and praise to Your Holy name. Grant them Your Peace. In the name of Jesus Christ, King of Kings I pray. Amen.

Hear this prayer and intercede for me Jesus. I am in need of a healing in my spirit because of my husband's drug addiction. I am hurting all over, but believing you already defeated every bondage of drugs at the cross, I won't stop seeking the Father for an answer or an end to this nightmare. All I can do sometimes is cry, too angry to fight, I just believe you have full control. Heavenly Father, help me and my children to keep the faith and know you are our Jehovah-jireh (the same one that provided the ram in the bush for Moses)and will provide everything we need. Please search my heart, and find that I love you, and I am depending on your Almighty power to break the bondage of drugs in our life. Set my husband free from cocaine and alcohol, and heal our family of every hurt and pain it has cause. Only the all-knowing, all-seeing, ever present God that you are can do it. I thank you in advance, I praise you for your greatness, and worship you for your goodness and everlasting mercy.

Thank you Laurel for fighting in this fight. I believe your knowledge and experience can bring down great strongholds for the Kingdom. Remeber me in your prayers, I need the unity you would bring. I believe "The effectual fervent prayer of the righteous availeth much."

Heavenly Father, with Your infinite wisdom, You already know the pain that has come to Brina and her family, just as Jesus had a cross to bear which caused Him considerable pain and anguish. Through the diligence of our prayers, I beseech Thee to lead them to serenity and peace - spiritual, mental and physical which only You can provide to the devoted. I pray that You release this family from the bonds of chemical abuse. Grant Brina the confident hope and assurance to know her alternatives and the inner strength to accomplish Your Will. Let not these children of Your flock suffer further as a result of iniquity. Guide their path closer to the Good Shepherd who tends to the needs of the flock. Let this family be touched by the Holy Spirit. Through the passion of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus I pray. Amen.

First, I thank you Heavenly Father for your love and mercy upon all our lives. I thank you for the Sacrifical Lamb and the redemption of His blood. Lord God, I thank you for your vessel Laurel and all those in prayer for your people. Because you have created them for your glory, I ask you to bless them and everything around them, their families, and everything they touch or speak is blessed. For this prayer circle shall bring about a supernatural change because I believe you are in the midst of these prayers. We are as touching and agreeing you hear these prayers. Amen

God always has a plan for us. In Him, we are all strong. With His strength, we can get through anything.

Father, I ask you bless my beloved laurel_crowned. Show him a new revelation of Your love and power. Holy Spirit, I ask of you to minister to his spirit at this very moment. Where there is pain, give him Your peace and mercy. Where the is self-doubt, release a renewed confidence. Through Your grace, in Jesus' precious name. Amen

Heavenly Father, I pray that all those who visit this site be graced with your never-ending love; that you may provide them with the guidance, strength and hope to overcome this disease through prayer, meditation, understanding and appropriate actions. This disease destroys not only the abuser, but also all those who love that person. Give the families of the abuser the necessary tools to work through this problem and ultimately restore them to sanity. Please guide them to Your Peace. I pray through Your Son Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God Forever and ever. Amen.

Heavenly Father,
I pray that all those who are lead down the dark path be guided back to Your Kingdom. I, too, was once dancing with temptation, and have made it out alive. I no longer "need" that dance, and realize I never did. I am quite young, and I decided to use my experiences as learning tools. Learning tools that show me that the further I turn away from you, the colder my souls is, and the birds' songs are no longer beautiful. I pray for all who are affected by the temptress to have the strength and courage to walk away. In Jesus sweet name I pray.

Father,
Thank you for Laurel and all the wonderful brothers and sisters that contributed with prayer. I also thank you for the two and half years of sobriety you have given me. Only you can take someone like me, who was in complete despair and lead them the right way. I hope for continued sobriety and grace from drugs and alcohol.

I know that you are the answer in our time of need. Please give us the willingness to seek your will. Please bring us closer to you and let us feel the love that you have for all of us, regardless of our shortcommings. Thank you for the wonderful day and I ask that you please bless us with your wisdom and self-control.

FOR THE STILL SICK AND SUFFERING I OFFER THE FOLLOWING PRAYER.

O, Heavenly Father, You offered Your only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life. Through the effort of this and all the other prayers, guide those who are battling the effects of chemical abuse to the Sacred Heart of Your Loving Son, that He may shepherd them to Your Peace. Through His passion, those who suffer can be freed from this slave that robs so many of the very essence which reflects Your love for us. Grant them courage to honestly accept this problem and willingness to change, one day at a time. Your promises have stood the tests of time, so there IS hope for all. I pray for deliverance to a spiritual level of understanding for You and Your Will for us, so that we all can become better servants to You to glorify Your name. Grant us confident hope for positive change in the future by placing our faith in You. You do for us how no human can do and all you ask of us is to believe. I petition this prayer through the merits of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God forever and ever. -Amen

Almighty, everlasting God, who didst prepare in the Heart of the Virgin Mary a worthy dwelling-place for the Holy Ghost; mercifully grant that we, devoutly contemplating the same Immaculate Heart, may be enabled to live according to Thy heart. Amen.

Please pray for Michael Howard he is addicted to Marijuana and acid. His is also very against any belief in God!!!!
Please help him!!! He needs many prayers and sacrifices!! Please help him he has a very special vocation to work with the youth of the world!!!

Heavenly Father, please bless all of your children who are fighting this addiction like my son. Make them strong and show them the way. Guild the ones who love them and give them the wisdom to know what to do. I pray in Jesus's name....Amen.

For mjmitchum and csevera5: Unfortunately the disease of addiction is something that the abuser must want to change and often is only at a point where spiritual, mental and emotional bankruptcy is deeply manifested. I understand the trauma this has placed into your lives. My family prayed for me for a number of years but I went further into the bowels of hell. My physical and mental dependence on chemicals voided my levels of understanding and rationization until I completely justified my lifestyle to be careless abuser, not only to myself but to others.

In recognition I offer the following:

Heavenly Father, through the Passion of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, Your Prodigal Son who offered His life that others may live, I pray that you intercede and guide those who are suffering from abuse as a result of chemicals to freedo from the slave that destroys all in it's path. I pray for courage for those who are destroying themselves to seek the necessary help.

I pray for wisdom and understanding for those whose lives are affected by the abuser. Grant them the direction and serenity they need to endure in the time of crisis and enable them to positively move forward toward Your Provident Light. In the Holy Name of Jesus I offer my petition, and I further offer this prayer circle in gratitude for your Holy Intercession. Despise not this petition but hear, bless and grant this prayer Lord. In the Holy Name of Jesus Christ Your Son, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God forever and ever. - Amen

You are a light to others, and seek the light in others. God lives in each of us and is present always in the connections between us. This makes us strong and who we want to be.
