Thank you nb90740 for taking the time to pray for me. I personally am very excited to be confirmed. I finally know where I am suposed to be spiritually in life. I guess the Baptist church just wasn't for me. But that's okay; because now all is falling into place.

About five years ago, I was feeling very alone and I went to church and prayed to God to send me a good man, who will love me and take care of me. I thought God heard my prayers when I met this man a few weeks later. For the next five years, I have been used and mistreated. THis man made empty promises to me but kept his word with other people. THis man said he loved me and had another woman. FOr five years this man used me and said that he loved me. For five years he told me that I was the only true love in his life. FOr five years God watched this. For five years, he watched me endure heartaches and mental anguish. As I write this, I cry and ask why God allowed all this to happen. WHy did he not hear my prayers. I did he watch and see this man make a fool out of me. I feel useless and unloved. I have lost my will to go on. WHy do people use me? WHy can't I find someone to love me for who I am? I am now 28 years old. ALl my friends have husbands and children. I have nothing. I have lost everything. I have lost my will and all hope. I always ask God why he created me. I should never have been born. I am very alone in this world. I cry every day. I am not crying for this man. I am crying because I am alone and unloved. YOU all don't have to worry about me. I am not suicidal. I just wanted someone, who GOd hears, to ask Him why he watched me suffer for all these years. I have lost an unborn child and I have lost the man I loved to another woman. Is there any reason for me to have hope anymore?

Lostwill, God has not deserted you, He is always there for you and if you ask Him, he will help you in your time of need. Remember, we all have free will, and He never interferes. It's up to you to turn to Him. Please don't say you wish you had never been created, for He Himself wanted you to be. You have to learn to love yourself, love God, before you can love another. God did not send this man into your life so you would be abused, you were the one who didn't put an end to this horrible relationship. I don't want to sound harsh with you, but sometimes we create our own misery. Start praying to Our Lord and Father and He will help you through your rough times. Trust in Him. Recognize that whether or not a man comes into your life, you are a very special person, loved beyond measure. Keep your hope alive. I will pray for you, and please pray for yourself.

Dear Heavenly Father watch over Joel through his Lenten journey. Please give his fiancee the wisdon to let him be who he is. Amen Joel it has been 15 years for me this Easter. Now I teach RCIC and can not wait for Easter each year.
