Heaven bless you, heaven keep you- held within sweet sacred arms, angels hold you, angels love you- keep you safe from all dark harm.

My Lord and Savior Jesus, please protect, bless and stand by all the people in the path of this horrible storm. As you once calmed the storm on the Sea of Galilee just by raising your hand, I ask that you calm this storm. Amen

God I ask that you watch over all those who might lose their homes, their personal belongings and for some their loved ones. Give them strength and safe in Your Arms. AMen

Dear Jesus Please look after those in need, especially the Linda Guthrie family and my cousin Angie and her family. I have not heard from them and they are in Louisiana and Mississippi.

God we pray that you be with all those who have lost their homes and family memebers.May you help them to have an undying faith in you,to get through this horrible time. May you keep them safe and out of harms way,and may you bless them beyond anything they could imagine. We ask this in Jesus's name

Father, your word says that if we ask anything in your name believing we shall receive. I am asking now, believing with all those who have already posted a prayer, that you be with all those that have lost their homes, those who have not heard from their loved ones, those who have no place to go that you would wrap your loving arms around them and surround them in peace. Father, provide to them comfort, as your word said, I will not leave your comfortless, but I will send you a comforter. May the comforter come unto these and give them comfort in this time of need. Supply the needs they have. Bless them with good things lord. Give unto them more than they could imagine and may they realize that it was the God of heaven that opened up the windows of heaven and poured out his riches and poured out his blessings upon them. Surround them with safety. Just as you did the night on the ship, when your disciples feared the storm that raged and called upon you and you stepped forward and commanded the storm the seized. May each of us bind together as Christains and call upon your name and humble ourselves and seek your face and see the mighty hand of God at work in our nation. God we thank you in advance for these prayers being answered. Comfort, guide and direct the officals that are working, keep them safe. In Jesus Name I Pray...Amen. Thank You for Answering Prayer

Heavenly Father,
We ask that You surround all of those affected by this horrible storm with Your love, protection and angels.

Please be with those who have suffered catastrophic loss of loved ones, beloved pets, their homes, their personal belongings etc

We don't pretend to understand why things happen but we must continue to trust in You and know that You will always be with us in our time of pain, suffering and need.

Lord, my heart aches for everyone in these devastated areas and You know my personal situation and that I can't do anything of a material nature, but I can pray and each and every person is in my thoughts and prayers. Lord, we know that through prayer and faith we are strong and our fellow citizens need our prayers and Your love, grace and protection and strength now more than ever.

Lord please be with the rescue workers and keep them safe as they make heroic efforts in dangerous and horrible situations to rescue those in trouble.

Lord please be with everyone waiting to be rescued, keep them safe and bring help to them soon

God bless each and every person affected by this storm and surround them with Your love,protection and angels and let them know there are millions of us out here praying for them and their loved ones

We give You all the praise and glory forever Lord and know that even in the darkest hours, You are always with us.

Dear Heavenly Father, as I arose this morning, one of my first thoughts was where could I offer a prayer up to victims of Katrina that they would know people were joining together to pray for their safety and recovery. The devastation is so great. It is overwhelming to us, but not to You. Nothing is too much for You to handle. We give thanks and praise, Father that here where we are at that we were spared much damage and power outage. We give You thanks for the many thousands of volunteers, Father. They walk away from their own families and go into the mist of unknown danger to reach out to people that they do not know but are willing to help. We pray now for their families, for the families of the victims, and for spiritual strength for all those involved to go through whatever has already happened and whatever lies ahead. Through Your Word and in Your Mercy, we know that You will be with these people and will cover them with Your Love. I lift these people up to the throne of Grace Now, asking these things in the Precious Name of Your Son, Jesus and giving thanks for answering all of the prayers being offered up this day. Amen.

Great and Loving Creator,
Please let all those who have been touched by the harshness of Katrina's power be comforted and reassured by the omnipotence of Your power. May they know that the force of Your solace, healing and care is mightier than any force of Nature.
Restore the spirit of all living beings - all creatures great and small - who have managed through this devastation. And for those for whom the damage was too great for their bodies to bear, may they swiftly and gently find themselves resting in the grace of Your Kingdom. May Your great love for all of Your creation assuage the suffering of any who are victims of loss and/or injury. And for those who have survived, may they feel Your presence as You and Your angels support them as they stand again and take those steps toward a return to life.
With a grateful heart that You remain ever-present for us all, we pray.

Loving God,

When storms rage and tragedies occur, you are always there. You are there comforting those affected by these tragedies. Comfort now and sustain those affected by Katrina's path of destruction. Create a spirit of hope for these people as they set to rebuild their lives. As Jesus calmed the storms 2000 years ago, calm the storms of their hearts. Through the same Jesus Christ our Lord and Sovereign, Amen.

Dear GOD, first I would like to Thank YOU for YOUR SON JESUS, YOUR love and YOUR blessings. I do pray and ask that YOU protect those who are in the paths of the hurricane. I think this is an opportunity for people who don't believe in YOU, to stop and acknowlege that YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE who can protect them and us from any harm, danger and evil spirits. Please let it be so. In the MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS! YOUR WORD is revealing ITSELF. YOU said in YOUR WORD things like this are going to happen. I pray that we all are ready when YOU come back for us. I thank you for everything that is happening and everything that's going to happen. I pray for those who are and were hurt and families who lost loved ones. I pray for them who don't understand to begin to understand. And those who don't believe to start believing in YOU!!!! I thank YOU for everything. In the NAME OF YOUR SON JESUS I pray. AMEN.

Dear Lord,
Please protect those people in the way of Katrina. Give them the strenth to do whats right, give them hope and well-power. Heavenly Father take care of all there needs be with them and comfort them.
In your mighty name I prayer. Amen

Spirit of Love and Light, bring your comfort and hope to those in the midst of suffering and fear. Illuminate the darkness and encircle Your children. Let this time be to unite and not divide. Light the spark of courage and compassion in all people. So mote it be.

I know you have A special message you wanted revealed to all with in the path of this devasting Hurricane.I pray that your message will be made clear to these places affected by this
devastation.comfort those in their loss and might they recover frfully And completely from this ordeal.You said in your word that these things would be in the last Days.Help those unbelievers to see the truth of your word.might they see this as an opportunity to put their housesL.i pray we will all be ready for thy return.Lord; 9i9 know this is one more sign that it is very Soon.Help us to labor for thy Cause why it is yet Day for the nite time is soon to come.Thank you that these sufferings Are only but for A season.In thy name i pray Amen.

Dear Lord, I pray that you be the strength for the victims of Katrina, I pray that you give them the peace they need now even as their eyes see there hopes and dreams destroyed, I pray you will let Faith, Hope and Love shine through this difficult time for them, and I pray you may be a Refuge for those that are left with nothing. Lord, we know that you have the world in your hands, let your name be held on high and let your mighty power be seen by all and know in our hearts that you are God. That is my prayer to you my dear Lord. Amen.

May all of God's people find refige from the storm, and comfort in God's Grace. Peace to all who have suffered unimaginable devastation. remember that God is with yu, always. Peace.

Father God, we have no idea of what people are feeling or going through in their minds right now. Father, We know that you are not the author of confusion, so we come against anything & everything satan is doing to attach people minds regarding their loved ones. We pray for hope & peace in their lives, right now. Father, we come asking for your guidance. Give us wisdom. Give us your peace that passes all understanding. I pray for the families and may your wrap your loving arms around them & protect them. It's in Jesus name I pray. AMEN

Give continuing resilence and comfort to the people in Mississippi and Louisiana. May God and angels be all around them in all ways and always through this natural disaster. That they will find good nature in people around them. They are together staying together in positive ways and thinking with this hurricane. Its inspiring and moving to us who can only see what tv shows us. Protect them all in these areas in what tomorrow brings.

GOD please help these people in this tough time in there lives. Put your arms arund them and let them know that everything will be okay,and send your angels down to guide them.In GODS name we Pray AMEN

Great Spirit, Blessed Creator,
I come to you on behalf of all those affected by hurricane Katrina. It is not my place to questions the why of this event. I know all things happpen for a reason.
I ask that you be with all who are affected by this terrible storm; the vitims, their families and all those who are giving of their time & talents to aid our fellow Americans.
Keep them safe, provide for their needs and grant them thy gifts of strength, courage & wisdom during this ordeal and through the long months to come,
I stand in agreement with all who pray on for these people & for our country.

God,
please keep a shield of protection over those involved in this mess. I am personally effected by this I have a cousin in the Navy on the base helping out there. Please keep him safe while he is there giving a helping hand.

Now is the time for humanity to show its humanity. For us to show compassion for our fellow travelers. I know that there is One Power in the Universe, One Love, One Life, One Heart and that we are That Heart's only means of expression. So I know how much a blessing it is to show that Heart, for all beings to show that the Source of ALL is with us, within us and It gives as we give.

Thank You, Beloved, for the chance to be your hands, your heart, your peace. I give myself to that, even as I pray, knowing that Love leads us. Thank You, God, for all that You are. And so it is!

Dear Lord, Please put a hedge of protection around those affected by Hurricane Katrina. It was such a catastrophic event that many are in shock and desperately need your protection. Provide those helping with the knowledge and funds needed to do what they need to do. Also protect those helping, keep their spirits up and protects their health. All this we will give you all the honor and glory. In Your Son's Name, Jesus, Amen
