Break the strongs holds of drug addiction

James is a christian with an addictive personality. He has turned away from God and his wife into the world of cocaine.

God cannot work in our lives if our free will is in the way. Pray that his will is broken and God can finally break the strong holds satan has on him. And his wife, for strength, hope and direction for Gods will. She has unconditional love for him and is trying to walk Gods path to help him. Pray for healing in both and healing in their marriage.

	mumzie007 7/20/2005 03:12	This is for James: I to have a problem with drugs, I am Angela R.I know how you feel. I just recently found this sight and asked for prayers. I was empty and lost. I also still hold alot of shame. I know that if I don't forgive myself I will use again! I have been in recovery for eight years with seven relapse's. I went to a 12 step meeting on Sunday and almost everyone shed a tear or two, even the men. That is when part of my healing began.I pray when I hear myself say '' I can't handle this anymore''That means I'm not ok at that moment for whatever reason.Please trust what I say to you , Please ask for help! There is no way your life will get better as long as you use drugs. I have been using since I was 14 and had my last use 3 weeks ago,I'm 41. I will continue to use if I don't seek help when I need it. Only three things happen at the VERY end when you use: jails,institutions and death.I will pray for you James and I will pray for your family. Believe me the only thing that's keeping me afloat is Prayers.
