Seven-Year-Old With Eye Trouble

My little brother Anthony---a very talkative (if annoying) and utterly adorable little boy---was injured today, and he is now at the hospital and may need eye surgery. We would gladly accept prayers on his behalf.

The surgery, if it happens, will probably end up happening sometime tonight (June 3-4), and I imagine few people will see this by then; yet I still feel it can do no harm to post it, so that people may hopefully pray for his recovery from all of this.

You may also want to keep in mind my parents and other family members, who are worried sick and may even feel guilty. This was an accident, and no one truly holds any fault for it; a butter knife broke and the blade ended up injuring Anthony. I do not know for sure what will happen if there are complications, but again, I ask you all to pray that everything works out for the best.

I wish I could put a picture up of Anthony; he is one of the cutest children you could ever hope to see. Thanks in advance to all who pray for him and hold us in your thoughts; God bless you all. Amen.

P.S.: I will try to keep posters updated on events; things have happened so fast, and I want to keep any posters informed when he improves and thank them. God bless again.

Please protect Anthony A., Merlock and family from harm. Strengthen their will and courage to face their everyday struggles. Show them Your love and comfort them. 	Merlock 3/8/2007 23:05	I just randomly checked in on this and found all these prayers from people; thank you. Anthony is now basically totally fine---his hurt eye doesn't really see too well, but all in all it doesn't effect him or the family on a day-to-day basis more than, say, if he were nearsighted. Thanks to everyone for your prayers. :-)
