I suffer from Bipolar manic depression since I was 27. Right after I got married. Im now 40. Iunderstand how hard it is to deal everyday with it. The struggle to get out of bed. Take medication everyday. To rely on them. Its not your fault. I have learned that. It is a chemical imbalance in the brain. It is also hereditary. You must hang in there. Go see your therapist. See you Doctor. Talk to your friends when you are down. Remember your husband is there to support you.There are support groups for spouses of people who suffer from depression. I am not of your faith however I dont believe that one has to be to wish one well. I will be thinking of you. |
