Prayer for those suffering from Graves Disease and other diseases relating to the thyroid.

My mother has had thyroid problems for many years. Last year she developed Graves Disease, which causes pressure behind the eyes and also a bulging of the eyes.

She has also been experiencing rectal bleeding, which she refuses to tell her physician about.

I am asking for prayers for her that God will give her the courage to inform her physicians of everything that is wrong. I also ask prayer for the physicians that God will guide them in the discovery and treatment of all her ailments.

	maya24 3/29/2001 11:42	I feel your pain. She must tell her doctor of these problems. The bleeding could be a different problem. I don't know the reason why she doesn't tell her doctor. She can't give up taking care of herself. If the problem is she is embarrsed to go to the doctor find information that makes the problem seem common and friendly instead of horrifying. Remember the lords helps those that help themself. I pray for her to feel emotionally as well as physically better.

I pray dear Heavenly Father for your healing of Betty. Lift her up in your care and help give her the knowledge and courage to talk to her Dr. and giver Betties family the strength and wisdom they need to help her I ask this in your name. Amen
