Jacob Clayton Runnels
Jacob is my 3 week old nephew

Jacob was born early Easter Sunday morning. He was a whopping 8 lbs & 4 ounces. However thru a difficult pregnancy and delivery, 20 - 30 minutes before Jacob was born his mother went into congestive heart failure.

Praise GOD his mother survived, but while she struggled for oxygen so did Jacob. He was born having seizures. Once stabalized he was flow to a Hospital with a wonderful NICU. He has been there since the day of his birth. On the following Wed his parents were told that there wasn't much hope, however, thru prayer, GOD has provided one miracle after another and Jacob is breathing on his with c-pap and not a ventalator. He is facing surgery Monday to insert a feeding tube into his stomach. He is having problems swallowing and has no gag reflex this will help. Jacob is already a testimony to the glory of GOD - please pray for his continued recovery.
