Dear God our father, please be with our spiritual leader, Pope John Paul II. Please help him to feel better and to know that you are there with him. Amen.

Holy Blessed Mother and Father, please give Pope John Paul II your strength and peace as he struggles with his health. Please bless the doctors who care for him, and let them give him the best care they can. If it is Your will that the pope should leave this plane, please ease his suffering mercifully so that his body may be at peace as much as his sol is. If it is Your will that he should recover, please grant him a quick recovery. According to Your will, so mote it be.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art though among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death.

May this Pope have strength in a speedy recovery and not worsen his Parkinson's, and "if" his mission is finished here may he die with grace, dignity,honor, peace, quality care and with minimum pain and suffering. Amen

Lord and Lady,

Shine your light on this Pope, the leader of some of Your people. Bring him health and strength, the knowledge that peoples of many faiths are adding him to their prayers, or the grace to go in peace to his death, should that be his fate.

And should he live, please help him as an advocate of peace for all Your children, and comfort to know he is doing Your will.
