My friend, you may not realise it but you made a big step today. You admitted defeat. What the situation is telling you is that you can't do it all on your own. You need help. Admitting that takes guts. So, instead of beating yourself up, forgive yourself for backsliding, it is a very human thing to do. Congratulate yourself for being honest about it. Then, look into something like Overeaters Anonymous or Jennie Craig, or maybe your health plan has a diet program you can enter. Some problems are too tough to go it alone.
