Prayer Circles

Dear God, please continue to send the grace of surrender to this family in their difficult times. It's hard to know what You want from us, sometimes. And sometimes it's even harder to submit to that with courage and dignity. Let L.J.'s family take comfort and strength from a "knowing" that You are with them, and have always been with them. Shower them generously with Your infinite love and compassion.

Amen.

I wish every soul that is involved in a situation where there is a drug addicted individual, strength and hope. Please realize that the addiction is not the problem, but the coping mechanism. I have been an addict for 15+ years now, even though I havent touched hard drugs in 6+ years. The drugs are not my problem, its issues that cause me to lose myself in drugs.

Even in my darkest moments when I find myself ready to lose myself in a drug induced solution, I am able to find strength in myself and others which pursuade me not to engage in those harmful activities.

God will not make someone not do drugs, and God will not force you to be happy. God is simply a guiding light and hope. In case you havent noticed, God has left decisions up to us. God has given us abilities to take advantage of. For all those that are struggling, take advantage of the gifts that were given to you. You will not be handed anything on a golden platter, you have to do it yourself.

I pray for the time when we all look at real solutions (not prison) to dealing with use abuse and addiction. The mass hysteria resembles a witch hunt.

I pray that our nation can turn again to God and realize the importance of family and how we should train up a child in the way he should go. Our youth are our future and we as a parents are laying the foundation for that future. I pray Father that you would guide us and help us to put aside our selfishness and do what is right for our children and raise them to follow after you. Please give us strength, Father to dodge the stumbling blocks that the world throws into our paths and realize that our one true hope is you. If we will do this, Father, then I know that things such as addictions, child abuse and neglect will be abolished. In Christ's blessed name we ask these things. AMEN

Dear God please help this family. We rebuke Satan for trying to break up this family through weakness. Please in the name of Jesus Christ heal this father and make him whole and strong for his family who need him. In the name of our lord Jesus Christ. Wife, do not let down on prayer for your family you are the strongest link to God your husband has, hang in there my prayer is for you too. Letisia
