For my "sonshine" to be safe and protected during this wartime he is serving for us in Najaf.

Son, so many people are praying for you and all of our troops out there and those all over the world, although, this war on terrorism is so very close to our lives, we know that God is a True God and He is protecting you, as is your angels that come to you in ways unimaginable. Keep your faith, son, and there is no doubt you will return home safely, just as there is no doubt you can endure the pain I know you must be having. Be strong, son. May God keep the whole 1st Cavalry Division in his hands, especially you my dear son. Always, your moma loves u and am so very, very proud and blessed to be just that, your moma! Come home safe! I love and miss you terribly, but know that God loves u more! Mom X

Make be brave to face any danger which may now threaten him. Give him the help that you have promised to those who ask it.
