In need of prayers for the family of a wonderful woman.

Yesterday, July 7th, 2004, the mother of my neighbor and friend, was murdered in cold blood. Phyllis was a 63 yr old mother of three. She, with her husband owned a local tavern and boarding house. Sometime around 3pm, an unknown assailant entered the tavern and shot her fatally, three times. The motive for this horrific and cowardly act is yet unknown. There are no suspects at this time. The family is devestated and my friend is in a very fragile frame of mind. My prayer is for the strength of this family that they may overcome and deal with their grief in a positive manner. Also, I pray for strength for myself that I may be able to support and comfort them in a wise and Godly way. I pray for the perpetrator, that he may be apprehended and be dealt with within the bounds of the law. And I pray that the authoritites can bring a swift conclusion to this tradgic event. Thank You in advance for all your prayers and concerns.

Dear Lord, please wrap your arms around the Kinard Family and comfort them during this awful time. Lord, I pray that you give them all the strength, courage, and whatever else they may need to deal with this tragedy and to be able to deal with their grief positively. Please allow the authorities to find a swift conclusion to this crime and deal with the perpetrator in your way. Lord, I am so sorry for the Kinard family if I can do anything for them, please guide me to do it. In Jesus name I pray and I thank you, Lord for answering my prayer, Amen.
