My young son who is bi-polar is struggling with depression

I believe in the power of prayer, and I am asking for prayers for my 12 year old son who has bi-polar.

My Son Devanti has struggled with depression and anxiety, a symptom of his bi-polar, his entire life. He was doing well for a few months, but is slipping back into depression. He became saved a short time ago, and prays and enjoys reading the Bible. Devanti's docter is trying to find a mix of medication that will work better for him without the unwanted side effects. I am very worried for Devanti, as the older and bigger he gets, the harder he is to contol. He has been hospitalized twice. It breaks my heart to see him so unhappy...I would appreciate your prayers.

	bagleym22 6/22/2004 12:15	Dear Lord, Please help this boy understand Your plan for his life. Help him totake his condition and use it some how to glorify you. Be with his mother and family. Help him to realize that You are the only thing that matters in tough times. Everything happens for a reason, whether or not we understand why. If it is Your will for him to understand why he suffers from this please let him know. then he will know that You are with him through every step of this. Keep him safe and in Your arms at all times.

	ChiDusty 7/12/2004 10:52	Your son has a big challenge in this life. God has purpose for him as you know but may have a hard time understanding. You will have a hard time letting him go when the time comes. God will direct you in your mission of helping your son to grow into a man. God loves you and your son. Trust in God.
