Desperately Need Prayers

to help us figure out how to sell a property that i am stuck with and for God to send us a final solution to our dilemma.

i am stuck with a property that will not sell thru a realtor and i am on limited income, paying the bills every month for an empty 2-family (my daughter has also moved out). i have no more resources to deal with the place, financially, physically or emotionally. my fiance' does not want to deal with the hassles of renting it out, besides we do not have the means to upkeep it (still needs work).... it will not sell for even a fraction of the debts it has incurred.

PLEASE, i need all who are spiritual to pray for us, as i can no longer pray myself.
