Young Mother Living with Cancer & Lupus

Would you please consider praying/meditating/making dua for me? I have a form of bone cancer that can't be cured & I suffer from Lupus. I also have a young daughter that I hope to live long enough to raise.

I was diagnosed with Lupus as a teenager and then I was diagnosed with bone cancer (chondrosarcoma) a few years ago. The tumor was attached to one of my ribs and wrapped around my aorta and pushing into my spinal column.

Chemotherapy isn't effective against my kind of cancer. I've also had radiation but it also doesn't shrink the kind of tumor I have. The main way of treating me is through surgery.

Because of where my tumor is located, the doctors can't do the kind of wide-margined surgery that would make remission possible. So even after 3 surgeries on my chest, I still have cancer.

I only want God to give me the strength to live with dignity and the faith to believe that He will always keep me in His care. God has already given me so many miracles. There is a verse in the Bible about a man who looked at himself in the mirror and then walked away and forgot what his face looked like. Let me not be like that man. Pray that I do not forget all that God has done for me so far.

Please do not allow her to forget who she is and what she has been given but, instead allow her to draw strength and infinite guidance and wisdom from her ordeal. Lord, we know that you can heal all and we ask that you send her cancer into remission and heal her mind, body, and soul completely. Thank you Lord for hearing our prayers. Amen

	caseyp57 6/15/2004 21:15	Lord, look down upon (((Sun))) in your mercy and pour your healing upon her. Guide her to the right medical help and if there is a treatment out there that would help that her doctors don't know about or haven't considered, I pray she would be guided to it.
