Ipray that you take one day at a time, and pray that Gods loving arms are wrapped around you through all of this in christs name. I also have those symtoms and medication works wonders.

Dear Mercedes:
I hope you will try another one of those anti-depressant drugs. My doctor told me that sometimes you have to try different ones to find what works for you. Paxcil CR worked well for me. Made me sleepy to begin with but after a couple of weeks, that symtom went away. There are other drugs too for depression, please talk to your doctor. You are a beautiful woman with a beautiful family and I hope you take the steps you need to so that you will be physically and emotionally there for them. Take care and I will be praying for you. Dear Mercedes, do not despair - don't give up the medicament, try another one if it doesn't work, and above all, start a therapy. The medicament alone can't help you if you don't do a therapy to find the root of your depression and eliminate it. I wish you the courage to do it!

Fathr, I plead the blood of Jesus over Mercedes and all those attached to her for it is not your will than any should be afflicted or oppressed in any way. I ask that you drive back the forces working against her and heal not only the symptoms but the root of them that she would go entirely free. Surround her with your love and hold her in your arms until she is entirely recovered and restored. Surround her with your angels, and I thnk you for it in Jesus' name.

Heavenly Father, please surround Mercedes and her family with your unconditional love and care. I ask that you provide extra angels to watch over her and help guide her through this transition. May she be comforted to know that by no means is she alone in this battle, as we all suffer similar struggles in our lives. Give her peace and help her to find ways to grow closer to you amidst this crisis. Bless her beautiful family and friends; show them how they can be supportive and comforting to her. Mercedes, I think we all can relate to what you are going through. Life can be so stressful and demanding, and sometimes our only defense is to just "shut down". For women especially, much of this can be harmonal as well. When this happens to me, I just accept it as "me" time...I take advantage of it by finding little ways to take better care of myself. Medication helps, but there are a lot of little things that you can do to help yourself along. Like taking a long, soothing bath, going for a little walk, taking time out to read a good book, or do something special for yourself. Meet a friend for lunch. If you can afford it, get a manicure or a massage (this does wonders for me!). I just try to take it one day at a time, and before I know it, the darkness moves on, the sun comes out again and I'm feeling back to my old self again. Good luck to you...I will keep a candle lit for you and keep you in my prayers. Take care!

Mercedes, I want you to know that I am praying for you. My mom has been going through the same thing for years. I know that things you worry about seem trivial to other people, but are very real worries yo you. It took me a long time to realize that with my mom's situation. Just remember that no matter how bad things seem, they will get better. I always tell my mom that no matter what happens that is bad,things always work out one way or another. And no matter what you will always have your family, and friends.Also, god will never leave your side. I believe everything happens for a reason. Maybe, this will help you realize what is the most important things, and what is trivial.I wish I could help you feel better, but lean in close to your husband and little girl,and know that they love you and always will.

I ask thatyou please be with this family, bless them and help them to feel the serenity it is that you offer for them. Help your child whom is crying out to you for help, for comfort and for serenty. Hold them tightly in your arms and surround them with the love and support they need to conquer this depression.

Mercedes-I never log into prayer cicle & for some reason today I did. I also had a nevouse breakdown and I suffer from depression. My children are to young to understand mood swings but yes it is affecting them. I will pray hard for you & myself. I never imagine this prayer circle so touching & so full of love. I have suffered from depression for year and year. Please know that it is not your fault just keep doing what you are doing. I have a suggestion, the person in another message mentioned that you have to try different anti-depressents they are so right. I have struggled for years and just now I have found one that really is working for me right now. Being a recovering addict, I always fought not to take pills, but after the murder of my husband in 2002. I tried them again and it take awhile but the one I'm taking now is great. I feel so much better, believe I know what it is to break down not do daily chours not go to work not shower not do a damn thing.

Your and beautiful husband and daugther will be in my prayer. The power of prayer works I've seen many many miracles.....You will be healed... God will embrace you with his loving light and guide you, be assured. E-mail be any time if you need to reach out.

I can feel for you since I have struggled with anxiety and depression for years.
I've been reading the other prayers and opinions offered and I agree with them. There are many different medications that can help tremendously. Keep trying until you find the one that works best for you. You have to give it time to work. It takes at least 3 weeks for an anti-depressant to reach its full effect. Another thing i'd like to mention is that most side effects decrease over the course of a couple of weeks.
Another thing that is helping me more than anything or anyone else has is a program called Attacking Anxiety and Depression.
This program was suggested to me by a friend. It has done more for me than any therapist ever did.
I believe I was led to this program by our Lord.
He will provide for you too. I pray for peace of mind for you tonight.
