An Elderly Woman in Constant Pain

This is on behalf of my beloved Grandmother who's suffering from intense pain from her leg that will be amputated one week from Tuesday.

Frances is a loving, devout woman who has suffered complications from Diabetes. A wound that never healed on her toe has caused the lower part of her right leg to turn dark. The tissue is dying and her doctor has determined that the leg must be removed. Every night she cries out in pain and prays to God for it to stop. I hear her cries and it breaks my heart. The pain medication is not working as well as we'd like. This has been going on for weeks and the pain keeps her awake most of the night. I ask anyone who reads this to please say a prayer for Frances so that her pain may lessen until the day of her surgery. I would be deeply grateful for those who extend their prayers to my Grandmother.

Please great spirit, Offer to Francis and her grandchild a great outpouring of support and nurturing. Help them both go on their paths walking together as long as you permit this.
