Dear Maia,

We're sorry you feel so badly right now. We wish we had more help to offer here, but it sounds as if you would benefit from talking to a caring person who is trained to help. We have three resources you could try. We hope you will contact one of them as soon as possible. You deserve to get help, and to get it sooner rather than later.

1. If you are in the U.S., call 1-800-SUICIDE any time, day or night. When you call this free number, you will be connected immediately to a caring, trained counselor in your region. The sooner you make this call, the better.

2. If you can hold on for a few days, free anonymous crisis counseling is available by e-mail from an international charity called Befrienders International (known in this country as The Samaritans). Send an e-mail to Jo@samaritans.org and you will receive a caring response within 24 hours.

3. There is a website you may find helpful, called Suicide: Read This First.

Gracias, Beliefnet...though I think I might have been misunderstood, as I DO want to live, aye, but am being held captive, literaly, en every sense, so no, I don´t feel I´m living, per se. Atentamente, Maia.

First thing dont give up an second thing pray to god for the answer I think you need to excape the way it sounds , God will help you if you help your self too ,its called a excape plan , when you get a chance plan your excape an ask god to help you do it . I pray he helps you find your way out an to have a good life. Amen

Almighty Father we place Maia in Your gentle hands Lord and pray for her deliverance from captivity and pain. When she doubts Lord give her certainty, when she fears Lord give her courage and faith. No person is alone Lord and I pray that you will surround her with an army of angels that will protect and watch over her every hour of every day until you have set her free. In Jesus Holy name. Amen.

Maia you are not alone, you will be in my prayers every day until you let us know that you are free and even then i will move you to the thank you list as God will answer your prayers. When things seem too hard and too difficult, get on your knees and pray. Jesus will be with you.
