needing guidance for repeated feeling of loss

I need to reconnect with God and try to understand that the things that happen in life are his doing, and there is a reason behind everything.

I lost the love of my life this past January in an instant from heart attack. It was an emotional and legal nightmare for months. After spiritual counseling and guidance, my prayers to God brought me a wonderful new person to share my life. I love him deeply, think he is perfect and thank God everyday. We fit together so well. I was happy again. Now after 6 months he suddenly informs me that he doesn't have feelings for me, and can't explain why. I now am back again alone, struggling with anxiety and depression, finding myself questioning God's actions. I NEED YOUR PRAYERS TO HELP ME UNDERSTAND, AND HELP MY LONELINESS. How can he do this to me? What could possibly be the purpose? Why am I being punished with such loneliness and despair? I feel I've lost my touch with God.

I am 55 yrs. old and alone. I have cried for months, but now, after praying, it seems that each day is getting easier. I have to be happy with me, before I can share my life with someone else. I pray that both you and I will find someone who will love us "unconditonally" which I think is what true love is all about and the man that says he does not love you anymore, well like myself, I cannot force the man I love to love me, so I have given it up to GOD or the universe; what will be, will be, but I have come to the conclusion that crying will get me nowhere. YES, it hurts a lot, BUT I pray for both you & I that we will truly soon be able to SMILE and LOVE LIFE again.
