For You are a God of healing, a mighty God, a God of joy everlasting. And I thank You in advance, by faith, You have healed this man and the wounds his family holds out for him. God, thank you for blessing this man with a wonderful, loving family whose is looking out for him and wants only the best for him. Bless this family through this time of stress and pain. Bless his doctors and caretakers, who offer him relief. Thank you for healing Joseph as only You know how to do.

Dear Gracious and Ever Loving Lord,

Please take Joseph and his family into your heart. Watch over this man who so badly needs you right now, and give him comfort to get through each day. Please help him get rid of the pain, and heal him in this life. I know that your will be done, so if it is not part of the plan to keep Joseph on this earth, then please help his family to understand that they will be with him again in a better place where he knows no pain, hurt, pestilence, or grief.

I pray Lord, that you give this blessed man's family the strength, patience, love, and hope to get through these troubled times. I know it will be tought for them, as it is for anyone who has an ill family member or friend. Please Lord, just help them to get through each day with your love, and let them know that this life is but a blink of an eye to you, while eternity is forever. You heal all manner of sickness. Nothing is too hard for you. Provide good health to Mr. Goodrell so that he may be with his family for a long time. Give peace and comfort to him and his family. Dear Holy Father, through the power of your intervention and kindness, please increase Joseph's health. Give him the will to live and help the doctors to find a way to heal his heart and bring him back to health. Be with his children and through their faith and prayers bring them peace and comfort and, if it is Your will that they do not have a very long time with their father and grandfather, make the time that they do have wonderful and filled with Your presence. Thank you Jesus for this circle, thank you for these wonderful people who have responded to my plea. Thank you Almighty One for loving me enough to show me the way, and please bless all of the wonderful people who have prayed for my dad and my family.

My father has gone for a second opinion on open heart surgery. And through the grace of God, the doctors have told him, they can help him. The bad part of the visit was, they told my dad they only give him a 15% chance of making it through the surgery. But I know, the only decider of life is the Lord God! Please keep your prayers going and please pray that my dad will have the courage to go through this surgery. He is nervous again, and going back and forth in his mind with questions. All of you, God Bless You!

You are this gentleman's Father and know what is best for him. You have a wonderful plan for his life -- even his life beyond this earth. Be with him. Go nto his heart and his mind with your Holy Spirit. Let him feel a full sense of your presence and mercy and grace. Fill him with the peace that passes all understanding. Comfort him and his family.
