Running for her life.

Left a domestic Violence marriage

Please pray for Melissa, She left a very dangerous domestic violence relationship and had to move to another state. shes afraid, lonely and scared she will not be able to make it on her own. she has never been on her own and does not know very many people in her new state. She has spent time in 4 different domestic violence shelters trying to get help. She has 2 young girls. She is beginning to loose hope and faith that things will work out. She use to teach sunday school for small children and is a struggling christian. She always helped anyone whenever they needed it, no matter who they were or where they came from. Now she needs help. Please pray for her.

	SAFENEST 10/19/2003 22:45	please advise Melissa to get back into counseling, there are good counselors out there, praise her for leaving, that will be the hardest thing she will ever do in her life. Have the children get into counseling as well. Contact the local shelter, they will guide her, and work on safety plans, encourage, and be supportive.Be very proud for her, she is stronger then she will ever know.

	misstraceywi 8/21/2007 11:51	My warmest hugs to Melissa, I will surely pray for her safety, well being, her children & that she can finally one day rest & sleep without the worries of the abuser finding her. I went through a similar situation, but was blessed to have God bring my "dream" husband into my life. Which saved me from a life of drugs, alcohol & desperation. I pray that your family will be in God's arms from this day forward & that God will protect you, provide you with what you need and to ensure that the abuser will find it in his heart to let go & feel remorse one day & fiercly pray that he can be forgiven. Some day in some way you should find in your heart to forgive this sick individual of what he has inflicted upon you & your daughters. It will take some time, but if you truly forgive with God & Jesus' help & guidance you can learn so much & have so much weight lifted off your shoulders. It took me 22 years to learn to TRULY forgive my biological father who sexually abused me from age 3 until I was 14, it was only then that I was able to live my life free of his grip, the pain, hate, anger & fear that had controlled my life. It took so much work that I was nearly ready to give up, but it was only when I put my life in God's hands that I was able to move forward & forgive my abuser. I have no contact with my biological father and ensured that his sentence was pursued by the State in which I live. This was my way of saying "I am done fighting, giving up & allowing this man to control my life. All those years he lived his life, happily, having children, wife after wife several divorces but he had a good time while I sat & suffered daily." When I put my life, emotions & spirit back to God, it was then that I was able to find the strength & heart to forgive. So I pray that one day you can forgive your abuser, not for him, but for yourself. My prayers for you & your children. Take care & keep God in your life & heart. He will always provide what you need when you need it, nothing more & nothing less.

	peachvon1 1/1/2009 16:15	remeber god is in charge you lve before you got with him and now you have two kids that makes it even better stop thinking i can not make it think and know that you can.GODsee your problem and he was with you then and now.You allowed those me to be in control now let GOD you can't lose with the stuff god and his son use.
