Husband is backsliding and doesn't want to be a husband anymore. Someone Please Pray for Us. I am Desperate.

Salvation & Marriage

Mark became a christain in 1980. He witnessed to many people & was excited about his relationship with the Lord. About 5 years ago he changed and started drinking & smoking and hanging with the wrong crowd. Now he says he doesn't love me anymore & wants a divorce. We are going to counseling because he thinks we should get the girls through college and learn how to become friends. That way when we have to go to something in common, we can be friends. The counselor needs prayer because I do not want a divorce & Mark does. The counselor is having me read Fascinating Womanhood. I made 2 covenants with God, my salvation, & my marriage. I am standing on God's Word. I would like prayers that Mark's relationship w/God be restored. That our relationship & marriage be restored. That his worldly friendships be cut off and dissolved. That I can stay strong & positive & walk in love. That the Lord give us Wisdom. Pray & give me any advice or encouragement. Thank You! Maureen

I pray you will be quided to a counselor that is just for you.
