Rowan Williams
For Traditional Anglicans/Episcopalians and the Church

As our church enters a time of division and confusion after the General Convention, we must pray for the Anglican Communion and each other.

Those of us who are traditional Episcopalians/Anglicans are finding ourselves in turmoil over the recent actions of our General Convention. At this time, we need to gather together in prayer and mutual support, discerning God's will for us and for our church as we strive to be faithful witnesses of Scripture, of our beautiful Tradition and to our fellow Anglicans around the world.

Please join me in prayers for the Episcopal Church and Presiding Bishop Frank Griswold; for the Church of England and the entire Communion, especially our Archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams; and for all who feel marginalized by this most recent church convention.

I hope you will add your own prayers and thoughts, as well.
