Inner strength for my mother

My mother is in the midst of a difficult divorce from my abusive step-father. She is in desperate need of strength from Divine Love.

My mother is currently going through a very difficult time. She is divorcing my step-dad, who has been abusing her. She is in poor health. She has two young children to worry about and they do not have any money. They live in a rural area surrounded by my step-dad's family and friends (and they do not like her) and she feels she is all alone there. Please help my mother gain spiritual, emotional, and psychological strength at this difficult time. I am doing all I can but I fear it is not enough. Although my mother and I have had our differences (especially when I was a teenager) she is a selfless and caring person and I love her dearly. She has had a life full of hardships. Please pray for her. Thank you.
