Lord please hear our Prayers for RC, may this person receive your healing Jesus we pray, touch RC in such a way that they may feel that your Love will set Him/Her Free! Bless this person from their Head To their Feet! Fill this person with the Holy Spirit in Jesus' Name Let this person be filled with the Love only You can give them! Help this person (RC) with their weight problem I beg you in Jesus' Holy Name. Amen! Amen!

Dear God, Please let Rebecca find a way to loose the weight she needs to maintain a healthy life style. Please let her find the way to loose it and keep it off. In Jesus name, AMEN ---note, while trying to acheive your goal remember to respect yourself. And hay if you find the way share- I have been trying for years, and have given up. I wish you all the luck and God's blessings.

RC-- I can empathize with your struggle since I am fighting the same battle. Several times in the past 20 years I have lost 20-40#, only to gain it back, plus a few more. Every person is different, with a different metabolism etc, but I've come to the conclusion that you have to change your lifestyle regarding eating and exercise, finding something you can do for the rest of your life. I know this is hard... I've lost 33# in the past 8 months, and it's a slow process. But I believe with God all things are possible! Dear Lord, we pray that you will hear the petitions of RC to help her with her weight loss. We pray that you will grant her the strength and tenacity to stay away from the foods that are detrimental to her and that you will bless her with fortitude and perseverance. Our Heavenly Father, thank you for loving us. I pray that you bless RC and the rest of your people, including me, who need to lose weight. You made our bodies and you can reshape our bodies. We want our bodies (the temple) to be healthy for you to dwell therein. Help motivate us to eat the right food, exercise, and to do all those things that will help us to lose weight. Hi Im new on this line, but happy to have found it, I am a cancer patient plus I have heart diseasem i already had triple by pass, and stent put in 3 times, I just had 2 more stents done the ones withe the medicine. they only could do two, cause I really needed all of them fixed which would of meant by pass surgery again , and they thought that wouldn't be good as I had a tumor or the right side of my artery in 97 lung cancer,, im in remission thank God, but I am concerned about my heart and I must lose weight for that. Im asking all o f u for ur prayers for me, and I most certaily will be praying for all of u. God Bless all, and I wiah all a Happy Mothers Day

Dear Lord and Lady, please help me to love myself and be patient to lose weight, I want to be healthy and in shape and I need help, I need to have a positive self image and learn how to love my body and everything with it. Hi all, im new to the board. Thought i'd ask for some prayers. I've had to have a hysterectomy in april of this year. Im only 29. I do have 3 beautiful children. But, i've gained so much weight. I know its not healthy to have this weight. I have no clue where the weight came from. I dont eat alot of junk, sode and ive cut down on my breads and meats. I walk alot as well, plus i do have 3 very very active children. I feel the drs cant help, only with pills that i dont want to take unless its neccessary. I need prayers, i feel its the only way to get it off. Im only 5'0, usually weigh, 105-110lbs. After my surgery 3 months ago, i weigh now 145 lbs. thats alot of weight in a small time frame. i want and need it off. health reasons mostly. i just want to feel i can do things again. i also want to feel more like a woman again. thank you for listening.

Lord ,loose rc from this excess weight -lord she need the weight off cause of health reason . you said you would grant us the desires of our heart if we don't give up . Lord lead her on a path that she may have victory . In jesus name amen

I need prayers too. I suffer from hereditary borderline high blood pressure. I am also overweight but it is not due to overeating. My doctor cannot seem to find the underlying problem causing me to not lose weight.

Everyone please pray for me as I try to make some changes in my eating habits to help me loose weight and to help my blood pressure to stay down.I know it is not going to be easy because I have been down this road before but just never stuck with it.So I am asking that you lift me up in prayer that this time I will make it to my goal amen.

Hi everyone. I am keeping you in my prayers as you work on losing weight, and ask that you will pray for me as well. I have about 50 pounds to lose and I feel unhealthy, unhappy, and overwhelmed. I know on some level that only God can give me the strength to change my life and to drop this weight, and I pray that He will change me from the inside out so that I can finally be the person He created me to be. Dear Lord, We ask that you lift RC up in prayer and watch over him/her while he/she loses the weight that they desire. OH Lord and while you are watching over RC, please take the time to watch over all the other people that are struggling to lose that last 5lbs. I ask that you Lord bless everyone stuggleing with his or her weight, I ask that you hold everyones hand on this web site that is asking for help with their weight. Please my God bless RC for his/her struggles. And last Jesus but not least bless me. I am a single mother of 3 beautiful children. I have had my heart broken about a year and a half go by my fiance and the father of my children and I haven't recovered from the heartbreak yet. I waited 5 years for him to marry me and a month after he left me he married the woman he met just 2 months before and I have been in depression since then. I ask that all the saints that reads this prayer pray that I can overcome this problem and be the best mother I can be while attending college full time. Since having my children I have had a problem with my weight that causes me to withdraw from everyone because I feel I can never get anyone to love me again. I need to lose about 100-130 pounds and I am having a hard time with getting motivated to exercise. And I have a problem with eating everything I see sometimes and then feel like I am the grossest thing alive. I can't evern look at myself in the mirror. I get myself dresses and comb my hair and won't look in the mirror once because I hate the person I see. I need you all to pray for my faith to be strong so the Lord can help me the way I know he will. Because all I do is lay around and cry. Missing my self esteem I have had all my life for someone to take from me in the last six years. Thank you God. and Thank all of you for your prayers. I am praying for all of you also. I Love You.

When I was about 9, my ballet teacher thought I was starting to gain weight, and told my Mother (who was always overweight) that she thought I should lose some weight...I WAS NINE...this started me on the roller coaster of amphetamines given by presciption right up until I was 34 years old. I was never skinny, I think the lowest weight was 125...I have been dieting my whole life, and never seem to achieve my goal.
But then I asked myself..."What is my goal?" All the weight I have lost over the years has been for someone else...
but what was my goal...after much thought I decided MY GOAL was to be able to look at myself on a photograph,
in a mirror, in a reflection in a glass storefront, or on the tv while being surveyed, without cringing. I always am shocked to see for that instant what I really look like. I am back on Atkins again and have decided my goal is: To somehow bring my weight down to the reflextion I see in my heart....to what I really want look like..I would like to be able to see myself and smile and be pleased at what I see. Please pray for me that I achieve MY GOAL...
and I will pray daily for all of us who are struggling with an age old enemy,
weight, and I pray all of us vanquish
the overweight we need to lose so we can move into the "sunshine" of life.
I have a new saying in large print on my desk so I look at it everyday: "Risk,Risk anything... Do the hardest thing on Earth for you. Act for yourself. FACE THE TRUTH!!!" Prayers to all, and success.
