Billy Ray R
Wonderful and strong Father

My Father has just been diagnosed with Cirrhosis of the Liver. Most people with this have led a somewhat wild lifestyle; my dad has never drank, nor has he ever taken any kind of drugs? So the ? is WHY & why MY DAD?

I am asking for prayers from everyone and anyone who has the ability to feel, and the abilities to give strength to my family. My father has been diagnosed w/ Cirrhosis of the Liver; yet with no comfort in an explaination of HOW or WHY? He has been a hard working wonderful man and father all his life. Never has he abused his body by Drinking or Doing Drugs. So I can't give myself an acceptable explaination for this?It has all hit him at once although he has obviously had this for some-time.We are finding out when there is nothing that they can do supposedly? And I feel so angry ,yet I know that is wrong;and I should put it in Gods hands knowing that he will not let my dad hurt -and that there is a reason for all things .And I may be selfish but I don't want my DADDY to go yet.I Love my DAD and I wish I had said that more often, Please Pray for his comfort, for a Miracle, for me to accept and see the answers I need, and for my whole family to make it through this with strength left over.

My prayers and thoughts are with my Uncle Billy R. as well as with all my counsins and family. I pray for each and every one of us to be able to keep our faith strong and to be there for each other. My heart goes out to all of you, and just remember, God does not give any of us anything that we cannot handle, and whether or not we understand why things happen or why they don't, God has a plan for us all. We just have to put our trust and faith in his hands.

My uncle is Billy Ray, Lisa's dad, my mom's brother. It has been a while that I have seen my uncle but the time does not change how I feel about him. I love him very much and just ask for all your prayers for him and our family as he deals with this illness. I thoroughly believe that through our saviour that all things are possible and that prayer is the strongest most powerful tool that we have. I pray my uncle is strong and through his faith can be even stronger to get through this. He is a quiet man but a good man and deserves a good quality life. He is my mom's only brother and I know with all of us supporting him and standing behind him 100% he can only get better. I love you uncle and we are all here for you. Love you always, Vickie
