To Ann G, you are not alone. Feel stronger in knowing that fear and anxiety are universal states of being when we become overwhelmed with worries. Take time out to take 3 walks a day if possible. One in the am, before you shower. Stretch and go for that walk. Let the beauty of nature around you soak in. Lunch walk, before or after, to reflect on your own positive self, actions in motion and interactions with people that have been good so far throughout the day. You can make these happen and feel good at whatever level you are functioning at. Feel good about yourself and being alive and having spirit within you, interesting people that you have yet to meet and the beauty of nature around you. Lunch is a time to feed your spirit with food and energy. Feel it heal your worries. Then take your final walk sometime after dinner. Relax, be proud of getting through each hour of the day and know that there is another day tomorrow for beautiful things to happen that you can look forward to. You are not alone. You go on as the world goes on each day. Time is no different for you than the rest of the world. Use each moment to feel healed by all of the existing good in the world. Receive it on a healing plane. Feel nourished, energized and sustained with these thoughts.
