Prayer Circles

Dear amysmom:
I read your post at my prayer circle for Bereaved Parents who have Lost a Child, thank you for your kind words and thoughts.
The loss of a child is the most devastating loss for parents. Nothing in life prepares you for it. You know your beautiful daughter is in Heaven, but, like me, we miss their physical presence so much it hurts. And to have a 'cloud of suspicion' over her death doesn't help with the grieving process. What a terrible burden for your family. I pray to Our Heavenly Father that His Light envelops you and yours, and that you find some closure to this, so you can grieve for Amy and not have to put your energy into this 'cloud of suspicion'.
I am very happy to hear that you've contacted Compassionate Friends, I pray you attend their meetings. I belonged to our Canadian counterpart, Bereaved Parents for a year and they were very helpful. There are a lot of us out there who have lost a child, and I take comfort in talking with them. Family and friends are very helpful, but sometimes don't fully understand the emotions we have, but how could they? Talking to other parents, especially mothers, helped me realize that what I was feeling was normal, and that I wasn't going crazy. If my words or thoughts have helped you even the tiniest bit, I'm very happy. Pray hard, trust in God, and He will help you through this.

Dear Amys' Mom;
I lift you up to Jehovah God and pray for strength and comfort for you and your family. I have never lost a child, but I have been blessed with a beautiful three year old son and my thoughts and my prayers are with you. Reach out to God and pray, There is power in prayer so please continue to pray. Seek the face of God he will comfort you and he will see that justice is served.
Fill not your hearts with pain and sorrow, but remember me in every tomorrow. Remember the joy, the laughter, the smiles, I've only gone to rest a little while. Although my leaving causes pain and grief, my going has eased my hurt and given me relief. So dry your eyes and remember me, not as I am now, but as I used to be. Because, I will remember you all and look on with a smile. Understand, in your hearts, I've only gone to rest a little while. As long as I have the love of each of you, I can live my life in the hearts of all of you. May God bless you and help you find the peace you seek. My thoughts and my prayers are with you. Shaner--Thank you for your thoughts & prayers...I know in my heart, that Amy's life was taken from her, but am so frustrated by the lack of support & concern, from the people that are supposed to be "for the innocent victims rights". Dear Lord, in Your loving name I come to you in prayer this morning. May you please walk beside this family during their loss and time of need. When they are burdened with helplessness or hopelessness, please carry them and gently cradle them in Your loving hands. I have three children of my own and cannot even begin to understand what this family is going through. Dear Lord, please allow me to remember today and all days how precious these little ones are. My mother went Home to the Lord in 1988 and now my father has Stage IV cancer and I am dealing with many uncertainties in my own life. Allow this family to remain strong and hold fast to their faith by remaining beside them at all times. Remember that although Amy is no longer with you in the physical form, that she will always be with you. She will be the fresh smell of April rain, the small bird chirping in a grand tree, the sound of the ocean waves, the beauty of freshly fallen snow. She will never leave you for she lives on through you now. She would want you to know and remember that she has now earned her wings and will always be with you. Just as sometimes the clouds obscure the sun, the sun remains and is always there. May God bless you and watch over you during this great time of sadness and loss. In Your loving name I pray, dear Lord. Amen.

Dear sweet Jesus; weave your fabric of love and mercy in and around Malisa and her family. Please comfort and continue to give her strength Jesus. Use your DIVINE INTERVENTION and help her find the truth she seeks, and fill her heart with your peace. Stay with her Jesus, and guide her in the direction, that you would have her go. Dear father God you know the truth in this matter and we know that you are also capable of comfitting those left to grieve.Please father provide comfit and hope for those who have to cope and lord provide strength so that those who remain here on earth can continue to do what is required of them until they are reunited in the next world.

Dear God, death is so final from the earths point of view, but we know you are a loving God who cares about every loving soul. God we live in troubling times when Satan is trying to steal our young folks, but we know you are greater than Satan and he cannot win even though death, he may steal a life but he cannot steal the soul as it returns to you from whence it came.God give these parents peace in their souls, heal their broken hearts and give them rest in Jesus name. Satan remove yourself far from this family and God place an Angel between them and sadness and fear.Dear Lord help them to place their grief upon you so they can go on with their lives, remembering the beautiful things about their daughter and learn to smile again until they meet her at Heavens Gate. I ask this in your precious name. amen

I just want you to know that you are in my prayers I could not even emagine the pain you are going through. But remeber god will see you through this.Dear god please ease her pain and give her peace, in Jesus name AMEN
