This is a prayer circle for those who would like to lose wieght and/or live a healthier life and become more energetic with the help of god and his angels!!

We all have probably tried some sort of diet or program to become healthier individuals.Now its time we tried prayer,unlike dieting thats garanteed to work! Obesity is ranked as one of the most dangerous dis-eases to plague our human race.Obesity is linked to dis-eases such as high blood pressure, hypertension, diabetes, and many more, including stress and depression. God created you and I to live up to our fullest potential and we were initially given all the necessary nutrients to live a healthy lifestyle,it is what we add to it that disturbs our bodies.Our temple is our God given gift and together we must begin to rid ourselves of the toxins that plague us.Lets stop living to eat and start eating to live. We were born with the ability to shape our destiny, all we have to do is believe that with God everything is possible. God bless and may we all succeed in our ventures, I love you and so does he!

Please help me lose weigth, Ineed to lose 60 lbs. But my HTN,DM,fatigue will be cured if Ilose even just 30 lbs. please pray that i gain the strength to take care of the temple that houses my soul amen
