lord god please give this family strength and courage. give this father the quality of life he so richly deserves to be with his family. bless them all and heal this family man. keep their faith strong and their dependence on you lord. your healing power is so evident and we call upon you to lift this family from their despair. give them hope,courage,faith but most of all lord give them time to find the right medical care. grace and peace to your family, love penny

lord i pray tonight for ron and his family. please give him strength for today and hope for tomorrow. keep your eyes focused on jesus, he will give you strength, lord please keep the hedge of protection of your heavenly angels around ron and his entire family. we pray this in your son's holy name. amen

lord god I pray that Ron and Michele have you'r guidance that your holy spirit is with and that as yoy lay hands on them you give time to find the medical care he needs because I am also a diabetic and I know what he is going throug so god I pray that you will givehim strength ,god if it is of your will to take him with you then let it be but lay your hands on them ,god give Michele tghe strength to be there for the little ones for Lord you are the almighty for always. UPDATE FROM MICHELLE (mspdmalta) ON DEC. 4, 2000:
My husband, Ron D., had triple bypass surgery and came home from the hospital on Nov. 30, after a 2-1/2 week stay. He is recovering at home for three weeks. We are hoping Ron will receive a new kidney and pancreas in the spring of 2001. My children are happy and relieved Daddy is home from the hospital, and even though they love him how he is, they expressed to me how they miss the days when he was able to run around and chase them. Thank you for your prayers, e-mail and gifts. Please continue to keep us in your prayers in 2001. As thankful as I am that Ron came home from the hosptial, our future still seems so uncertain to me. Dear RON AND MICHELLE....FATHER we ask in the name of JESUS for your healing power to be released upon this family. What at the time seems, to much, to harsh, when past, appear as steps to greater joy. We have been there, and three years later, we can thank God. Fore we look back and realize, if not for the trials and tribulations , Life would not be as sweet as it is today. Enjoy each sunrise, sunset, each hug and kiss as it is a gift from God. Only those who have come so close can truely appreciate this gift, which at the time seems a nightmare. Perhaps the age old phrase " this to shall pass " rings so true. God is truely wonderful. Our Heavenly Father, help Ron and Michelle during this most trying of times for them. I pray that health is restored to Ron and strength is given to Michelle and to Ron to deal with this disease and it's complications. May Ron get his transplant soon, be restored to health and be with his family. I also pray for their children, they must be confused and must miss their daddy (if he's in hospital).
My husband and myself both have Diabetes and know all too well the insidious complications that can arise from this disease.
May God in His infinite Goodness be with this family. Amen.

I'm sorry you and your family have suffered so much with your illness.

Lord, bless Ronnie with good health. Give him more and more strength each day. Protect him from harm as he awaits his transplant. Comfort his family during this difficult time, and strenghten their faith. Keep their hope alive. Assure them that better days will come, and that he will have a successful transplant.
My thoughts and prayers are with Ronnie and his family.

UPDATE ON RON D. FROM HIS WIFE, MICHELLE (mspdmalta) ON SUNDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2000...Ron is able to drive now and go out socially. He has been using a cane for walking but appears to tire less often and walk at a faster pace. But he is still vomitting daily. My children have been living their daily lives happily with only an occasional sign of worrying. I have anxiety/panic attacks which began shortly after my husband went on dialysis in August 1999, but they have increased in frequency after his second heart attack. I have surronded myself with domestic help as a cushion of comfort, maybe in fear that an emergency could occur in the middle of the night and someone would be here to stay with the children. Thank you for your prayers. After publishing this prayer circle, my husband's health began to improve. I seem to have more confidance now that he will get a new kidney and pancreas in the spring or summer of 2001. I ask that you continue to pray with us for Ron's transplant, and for the healing of our hearts and souls. I ask you to pray with me, that my family will become more spiritual and know God's love and will better and in doing so we will fear less.

UPDATE FROM CREATOR OF THIS PRAYER CIRCLE (mspdmalta)ON JANUARY 31, 2001. Three days after posting my last update on Ron's medical condition and my mental, emotional and spiritual state of mind and that of our children, our lives changed drastically. I was no longer able to cope with the stress and have been separted from Ron since then. When I am ready to do so, I want to publish a prayer circle for myself and my family during this extremely difficult time we are living in. I want to share with others how an illness in the family coupled with marital conflicts can reach it's limit. When I publish that prayer circle, I will post a reference to it here. I ask that you continue to pray for me, my husband and our children because we are all in need of healing. UPDATE: Ron passed away on November 19, 2001 at the age of 56. He left behind his wife, Michelle (46) and their three children, Matthew (11), Victoria (9) and Eric (19 months). He is also survived by his Mother, Jean (87) and sister Adrienne. He fought a long couragous battle with Diabetis always maintaining a strong will to live. Please keep him in your prayers.
