Need strength to help spouse DWI problems and PTSD

I want to know how I can handle the strength to continue when my husband got a DWI while our daughter was with him,and I was stranded at work.Help me know if there is hope and recognize what is the next step divorce or keep trying.

I am having issues with trusting him alone in a car with our daughter. She is my heart and I would die if she did...I couldn't stop crying for days after it happened. Luckily he was in a mental ward and not in site of me, I wouldn't have been able to get over the anger if he was there every day. In the ward he was depressed that he almost killed our daughter, cause, he didn't remember her being in the car. It just made me so scared and it happened because he was depressed about his father's illness and the holidays not having any money to buy presents because the SSD hasn't come through yet. I work so hard and I feel that this is a struggle I need prayers to get through and so does my family. Any prayers would be welcome.
