A Tortured Soul

I would like to ask for prayer for R.P. and also for anyone who has been touched by any kind of addiction and/or abuse in their life. I would also like to include my friends and loved ones, that they may be surrounded by the light of God.

Someone that I care about is on the road to destruction. This is not the first time. He cannot seem to come to terms with his past and the life that he has lived and unfortunately his past haunts him in the form of an ex-wife and daughter. He continues to compound the problem by sinking further into a life of deprivation. He cannot see or appreciate his many blessings. He is filled with hatred and self-loathing and can only see the dark side of life. His attempts at seeking a higher power have been disappointing and empty. I know there is a higher power at work in the universe and I would like to ask for assistance and prayer that R.P. will come to know and believe and trust in this higher power that is all loving and that he receive complete healing.

Abba, Abba, for you said in your word when two or more gather together in your name in Prayer there is Power. Father, God we acknowledge your power right now in the name of Jesus. We acknowledge, that we are living in the days of spiritual warfare and our families and friends are being attacked. I want to let satan know by speaking out loud to him "The battle was won on the Cross at Calvary and you loose. God has opened our eyes to see & he has opened our ears to hear his word. His word is like a sword, we don't have to physically, nor mentally fight you alone. We are going to tear down your strongholds with the WORD." With this knowledge, Abba we ask for forgiveness of all our sins, transgressions, and iniquities. I speak deliverance from the evil spirits of addiction, abuse, corrupt morals, sexual promiscuous, all the spirits that reminds us of the Sodom and Gomorrah days in the name of Jesus.
Abba, Abba, free the tortured soul and all tortured souls in the name of Jesus. We acknowledge that satan has your permission to tempt and torture souls but it is through our Faith that we become overcomers in Christ. OUR FAITH IS BEING CHALLENGED. We must be of great Faith and not faint in the day of the adversary. We must remember Job and all he went through. With out the trials and tribulations there are no testimonies.
Abba, Abba, out of these tortured souls let there come GREAT testimonies, that they may glorify Your name. I pray for the families and friends of the tortured souls that they may PRAY & continue to PRAY with ceasing. I want to thank-you for the birth and or rebirth of R.P. and other tortured souls, in Jesus name, Amen.
