A Spiritual Awakening for our Teenage Yound People

As a young person of 18, I have seen young people on fire for God, fall out of church so easily. I believe with all my heart that for the youth to be the church of tomorrow we must act today. Prayer will give our youth strength like never before.

Our youth need a spiritual awakening like never before! It is time that we(young people) take responsiblity for our walk with God. Usually the young people have the energy and spunk as new babes in Christ. We push ourselves to be better Christian's and to have a tight nit walk with God.

These past few years I have seen that desire for God. Yet, I have also seen the so called
"Christian" young people fall out of the church just the same. They start out really excited about God and his word, then get another taste of the World and fall out. Then they are in and out in and out. They lose their faith in God.

If we act now and pray for our youth, our church of tomorrow will be so strong that no power in Hell could bind us. So if ou young people and adults pray, we can start a spiritual rivival or a "Spiritual Awakening" like we have never seen!

I am new to this page and decided that I was going to go thru and add prayers for the ones that had no prayer requests because I believe everyone needs prayer. I though for sure that this one would be overflowing with requests. I guess I thought wrong. God I pray that you will touch the youth of today. Touch their hearts, convict their souls. Lord I pray that you guide them and take them under your enormous refuge. Give them somewhere to go in difficult times. Burn inside of them just like this young adult has asked. I pray that you touch the youth of the world. I wish that I had listened to one of the kids that had as much fire for God as this kid does. Keep up your faith
